라트나왈리 어 베지테리언 헤리티지 호텔(Ratnawali – A Vegetarian Heritage Hotel)

The hotel is decorated very well. The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. There is a terrace area on the 4th floor and the onsite restaurant is where an extensive and very tasty buffet breakfast is served. The restaurant is vegetarian and does not serve eggs but with all the other tasty options this would not be missed. The service by the staff is excellent too.

If you are visiting Jaipur, this is a very nice place to stay .We stayed there in January..The staff in Reception, were excellent..So helpful and friendly.Anything we needed, and they took really good care of us!The rooms are specious and very clean ..Excellent job!!

Our family of 5 stayed here for 2 nights. It is a quaint place with old time vibes. We checked in very late at night but the check in process was smooth. The staff brought out luggage to the room. The hotel is in a good location and very close to Hawa Mahal. The two gentle*** at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The attached veg restaurant had very good food. The breakfast buffet had lots of options. If you want to stay in a hotel different from the usual hotels then this is the place I have deducted one star as the travel desk guy took advantage of us. We were not getting a Uber in time to go to the station. The travel guy said he can arrange a taxi but he quoted a price 4 times the cost of the Uber XL amount. Since I was in a hurry I had to go for it. With the dollar conversion it was not a big deal for me. But it’s a question of ethics. You can quote extra but not an exorbitant amount to fleece customers. That was my only bad experience in the hotel

Good location, good bed, nice and helpful staff and overall good standard of hotel considering it is in Jaipur in India. The breakfast was not great though, but the food for dinner was excellent and with a very nice rooftop terrace.

Executive room is comfortable and spacious and equipped with all the facilities and toiletries as advertised. Service from staff especially hotel ***ager Bhupendra is excellent. Breakfast buffet had a generous spread of vegetarian dishes and was delicious. A note for seniors, pl ask for room on lift level, as some rooms on lower floor require you to climb stairs. Foreign guests would miss the availability of alcohol beverages as the hotel does not offer this. However being centrally located, everything is available within walking distance. Fancy shops and restaurants to bustling colourful bazaars, with sumptuous local food and sweets to sample. Overall an excellent stay! Thank you Ratnawali.

It's really mis***aged and opportunistic type of hotel, they atr charging 4500 for executive room and also charging for water 35 for 1 ltr , no water provided in the room, food charges is also higher compared to quality and service provided

I stayed for almost a month in August 2023. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Good staff, nice hospitality and hygienic food. Folk music at the restaurant is amazing. Good location. Aesthetics and ambience is what makes this place unique.

I would say Ratnavali is the best choice of hotel for a family stay close to city centre Jaipur. We booked a family room . It had two queen size beds with all necessary amenities. Linen was clean and neat with lemon grass fragrance within the room and hotel spaces.best place is a rooftop seating area. We enjoyed watching sunrise with a good cup of coffee at rooftop. Ratnika restaurant provides great vegetarian food. Overall we were very happy about the stay , food and hospitality by Ratnavali staff. Kudos to the team. We will surely visit again.

The Ratnawali experience was wonderful. The bedroom has everything you need to feel comfortable, a wide and comfortable bed, the air conditioning works perfectly, a good shower, etc. But the most remarkable thing is the attention of the staff, especially Bhupendra who far exceeded my expectations, with a total predisposition to solve all the requests that I have made. Once again, thank you very much Bhupendra!
