The place truly lives up to its name of a palace, but its undone by unprofessional (or untrained) staff. CheckIn 🐢 CheckOut 🐢🐢 Housekeeping 🐢🐢🐢 In fact, the team there works in slo-mo mode. Breakfast spread was below average during our stay (checked in on 1st Dec and Checked out on 3rd). The Fish Tikka (during our dinner on 2nd) was superb, but the chicken biryani was exactly opposite. Overall an OK experience, that could've been much more better.

Beautiful property with beautiful ambience.Rooms are spacious and well maintained. The staff is helpful and always smiling.We attended the family wedding and all the arrangements were fabulous. Food taste was good and the same goes with service.

We are attending a wedding function of our cousin and must say this is the perfect place for destination wedding .Front office staff is very professional and courteous. Refreshing welcome drink was served on our arrival and welcomed by garland.All the arrangements are superb and we Re really enjoying our stay.

Came there for a wedding had an awesome time. Really appreciate the hospitality and would recommend if anyone wanted to visit this property. Rooms are very good and the food is also so tasty 😋. This is the best property in the Jaipur for the wedding.

Beautiful property, beautiful design, and over and above palace style . We stayed for 3 nights to family wedding function. Overall had a great experience from check in to checkout . Services were of top notch . Thanks !

Stayed at palace hotel to attend our relatives wedding function .The property is beautifully designed and grand..Warm welcome by front desk team and we were served welcome drinks .Rooms are tidy and luxurious.Breakfast spread was good and taste delicious.i will recommend this place for pleasure and comfort.

We checked in as a part of corporate event of our company.I really wanted to thank our company for choosing The Palace hotel .The staff was very cooperative and approachable specially the front desk team .Services and food was upto the mark . Wonderful experience I must say. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Roms are very spacious. The swimming pool is beautiful and water was clean .We all team members have enjoyed the stay very much and love to come back .
