I recently stayed at your hotel and was disappointed with the room's cleanliness and overall service. I would like to bring the following issues to your attention:Room Cleanliness: The room was not cleaned properly, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout my stay. This made it quite uncomfortable.Room Service Issues: The room service phone was not working, making it difficult to request any service or assistance.Missing Basic Amenities: Basic toiletries like a dental kit and shaving kit were not provided. The soap provided in the bathroom was the same as a regular toilet soap, which is not what I expected from a hotel of your standard.

Very very decent budget hotel. Rooms are big enough. It is near to railway station and other attractions. Warm water was available. Breakfast was better. Only one thing that i found missing was that one extra gesture that make guest give you five star. Like keeping a water bottle at your room or a smiling receptionist. Keeping that aside, value for money definitely
