Reception Monica and other staff was helpful. They understand English which was very helpful. I recommend this place.

Overall, good stay. I was a bit underwhelmed with the facilities but it was good for a night.

The price is too high and the service cannot keep up. Although it was the weekend, there were very few customers. The rooms on the first floor have windows but they cannot be opened, so they have to rely on air conditioning. I only stayed there for one night and the air conditioner broke. Suddenly there was a constant noise and I called the person on duty and asked him if I could change rooms as it was too loud. very scary. He said he needed to ask his boss or someone for instructions and left and never came back

Had a stopover in my way south. This cute little hotel is very close to the beach but far enough away from the bars I had a restful night. Staff was amazing have no clue what the negative reviews were about. Room was small but pretty with custom furnishings. My back feels great which is unusual for Costa Rica hotels. Has been recently remodel as evident by new floor to ceiling tiled bathroom with clean grout. Pillows were too firm for my neck but that was the ONLY minor complete. AC was silent and super cold.

First of all I am not someone who ever leaves reviews BUT the staff is Amazing! The rooms are super clean and such a gem in Jaco! I look forward to coming back again soon. I couldn’t be more happy with my stay and overall experience. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

It was nice enough and close to all the action

The hot springs were lovely, the staff was amazing, the beds were so comfortable. The Wi-Fi was not dependable

Very nice place right on the main ***** in Jaco. It’s on the quieter side which was a plus (no nightclub right next door but plenty 2-3 min walking). Pool was nice and they even had cornhole and two levels of dining area. Roger provided the hands down best service we’ve ever gotten while traveling. If there was anything off, he would immediately take care of it. Wish the bar was more operational and there was music playing by the pool, but those are pretty minor things. Beds were comfortable, and the AC worked great. Would recommend Bird of Paradise

located very close to beach. 3 minute walk to beach. they had a bar but really was not open and they didn't have anything to order expect bear which was limited too. I did not find the staff too friendly. at check out, i felt i was treated like a crook as they had someone check to make sure we did not take any towels or anything else. i will not recommend this place or stay here again.
