Awesome Great group of staff From House keeping staff Melissa and Tosha and the newly hired lady -top management - front desk etc They could use some type of protein on the food bar for breakfast It’s mostly all carbs

The stay to start out with was slow but she figured it out. The bed was super soft and the pillows too. The shower took a little while to warm up but that is normal for a hotel. DO NOT get the water too steamy because the smoke alarm will go off. The water spout did act like it wanted to come off the wall when I turned the shower knob up but I am telling you about the steam, so you don't do what we did. LOL We didn't take part in the breakfast but I am sure it was wonderful. Everything was clean and everyone was nice.

Prior to arriving, we called to get a room early, which the Clerk said we could, but when we arrived, a room was not available yet. We were then told 2 hours then, but 3 hours later, still not available. Another 45 minutes later, finally a room was ready. Rooms we’re definitely not the best, but the staff after the initial bad start were pleasant.

ENORMOUS roaches. First day I saw a dead one near the bathroom. The next morning I woke up with them in my BED!!!! I told the front desk but she said that they’re just water bugs because if the high water table. I have NEVER experienced this before, anywhere. The soles of my feet turned black with filth walking in the floor.

The place was not cleaned inside & out. I understand that they dont have enough help. Its the same where i work. But we witnessed a lot of the house keeper's talking & smoking with some of the people staying their. But they never asked us if we needed anything. We had to go find someone to get shampoo and conditioner for ourselves. We had to get clean towels. They didnt have much of a variety for breakfast. They ran out of milk for anyone that wanted cereal or milk for their coffe. They ran out of sausage. Had a lumit on how many sausages & eggs u could get at a time. We will never stay there agian. I am a wyndham card holder. Never again will we stay there.

It was a very pleasant stay and a very convenient location to various other attractions.

It was horrible. The room stunk, no hot water, ants in the room. We checked out and went to a different hotel

I've been staying here around 7 yrs once a month. My mother comes with me and have always got down stairs, we are disabled and can't walk up and down stairs, and the new desk clerk said that's all she had, she lied, finally gave use a down stairs room where we spent 3 not ghts

The place is misleading. The front looks nice and up to date and the rooms are in the back in another building that is crappy. The bathroom door wouldn't shut, the room stunk and they sprayed something and in a little while it was stinking again. We stayed 2 days and cold showers every morning. That place is an insult to Baymont Inns.
