햄프턴 인 잭슨빌 - I-95 센트럴(Hampton Inn Jacksonville-Downtown-I-95)

Hotel Need update, good size rooms , but old. Good breakfast, service is okay.

Overall it was a good stay. The staff was not very friendly and made it feel like an inconvenience to even ask a question but the rooms were decent and clean

The reception charged parking twice for the same car against two separate rooms we had booked. While checking in, we clearly told her that we have one car, and she gave only one dashboard slip. But still, for both the rooms, the parking fee was added, which is not good.

Upon checking in, we were asked to come back in 30 minutes because there were no key cards available despite having a checkin time of 3pm. 30 minutes later when we were able to enter our room, the bed was *****ped of all linens with them located in the corner on a chair. Staff did accommodate the linens after we had asked, however, this is unacceptable after paying for a nice place to stay.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! We stayed on the Christmas day here while visiting JAX. Horrible/No Room Service even after requesting multiple times for help (Had to clean our own room and bathroom and get towels from front desk), drilling and construction noises coming from other rooms during the first day of stay, room looked like a roadside inn room with broken lamp shade, run down furniture and dirty carpets. Front desk did not take any action on our complaints or requests, told us manager is not available when asked for senior management to escalate too.

The room was disgusting. It didn’t look like the bathroom has been cleaned since the Hotel was originally opened. The toilet had a black ring around it and there was mold and grime in the shower. There were stains all over the floors through out the room. The furniture in our room was so stained and dirty. The AC in the room was in pieces but seemed to work just enough to not make us miserable but it was very loud. I was fooled into booking this room due to the great reviews here but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Didn't know it when I booked this reservation, but the hotel is undergoing renovations. With this, I wouldn't recommend staying here until they are done. Pictures are just an example but overall, very disappointed with this stay. Very rundown - mold, stains, coils in the bed straight to your back, etc. Also, with the renovations, people working nightshifts or requiring to work from the hotel during the day... be aware that work with the associated loud noises (banging, etc.) goes from 9AM-6PM. I'm sure this hotel will be nice once renovated but definitely not recommended right now. For as much as you'll pay to stay here... not worth it!

Our room was super old and had mold in the shower. The bed was awful and sunk in the middle. Husband and I could not sleep in it. The room was dirty. We asked to move rooms and they said we couldn't. worse sleep ever.

This property in under renovation. This was not mentioned anywhere. Room carpet was dirty, toilet was stained and dirty and there were crumbs in my bed. Hotel staff was rude, unfriendly. Ice machines were broken on my floor and they charge you additional for parking. This was not mentioned anywhere either. I had to pick up a hand held phone receiver to get access into lobby as it was after hours. The idea of holding a phone to my mouth was disgusting as this phone was out there for anyone on the street to touch. This is not acceptable since so much has been changed due to Covid. Who wants to put a phone receiver to their mouth?? I would never have stayed here if I knew about the renovations and will never stay here again.
