The front desk attendants were really nice and friendly. The beds are as hard as rocks. We didn’t sleep well at all. Woke up and my back and everything is hurting. And my neck. Stayed here several times in the past but we will never stay here again.

All was fine. However, for the quality of this hotel chain, I would have expected at least a box of Kleenex/tissues in the room. Also, the Continental Breakfast is kind of a let-down compared to the hot breakfasts offered at lesser motel/hotel chains.

Quick and easy check in. The space was clean, the property extremely well lit outdoors and felt safe compared to other nearby properties. Price was better than much worse looking places. Clean, some age related wear here and there. The bed was comfortable and firm without being too hard, but the pillows were quite lumpy. TV reception was the worst quality I have seen since the 1980’s lol

It’s always precarious picking out a hotel when you are on the road. We hit the lottery on this one. From the time we walked in the front door it was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very clean throughout. The area was quiet. We had a great night’s sleep. Highly recommend this one.

We arrived late and were greeted with a smile and prompt service. Pillows needed to be larger- is my only complaint.

Customer service Orbitz rape, pillage and plunder users and make it extremely difficult to correct a typo on a date is unacceptable

The room smelt a little stale. It was a comfortable, quick and convenient reservation.

It was under construction or being remodeled and three construction workers were in the fitness center while I was exercising. Two of the three men were extremely loud and I left before finishing my routine. My room was nice so no complaints there.

1st time I went to check in at 6pm....i waited for 15 mins and no one came to front desk. Left to get dinner and came back. Guy was there and checked me in, he was friendly. Room was clean, looked like it was recently face-lifted - they did a decent job with the facelift. Room was clean, HUGE tv for a hotel, but it was Roku TV and didn't include any channels unless you personally subscribe and enter in your credentials for whatever app. The mini-fridge actually worked well. The beds were aweful....hard as a rock. They did provide breakfast, though it was cold cereal, waffles, and breads....the coffee ****** (they have a coffee machine that makes coffee from concentrate, I think ----- icky!!!) Overall, I probably will not book here again unless there aren't other options.
