We have just had a wonderful 4 night break at this super 5 star hotel and were made to feel very welcome and special. All the staff were very smiling and helpful no matter what time of day or night. Big thank you to Mary and Anna at reception as they couldn’t do enough, Ronaldo and Alexandria and everyone behind the scenes in the Greek/Italian restaurant went out of their way to make sure each visit was special as did all staff in each restaurant. You must try the Asian fusion al a carte restaurant on floor 9, super food and stunning sunsets. Our room (506) was perfect every day thanks to the housekeepers. Cheers to Stavas and all the bar staff for keeping the G n Ts flowing! Finally a really big thank you to hotel manager Mr Rodis, he was super attentive and approachable. A very high quality hotel with strong leadership and attention to detail. A very proactive professional manager but friendly and approachable with a geninue belief in the team is the strongest asset. The hotel is very attractive and although large has a friendly family appeal. The staff work hard to welcome customers Anna and Mary on reception. The bar staff are efficent and friendly lots of smiles and are very attentive. The choice of restaurants within the hotel is good.The a la carte restaurant on the top floor is superb its views are stunning ..watching the sun go down is lovely and the food is amazing. The main buffet restaurant has a wide range of good choices ..its white tablecloth and pleasant with sea views. Rhodes town is a short taxi ride or a bus ride away . But behind the hotel is a road with little restaurants and shops. The beach is across the road behind the hotel its not far only a matter of minutes. So conveniently placed. Lots of facilities we did not use like a hotel shop, hairdressers ,child play area... Our room was kept clean and tidy and it had a fridge drinks bar, free safe and it was spacious and modern. The balcony was lovely . It was the 5 star hotel ...thoroughly enjoyed our stay so sad to leave Thank you all the staff here ...your a credit to yourselves and your manager .

Service is very good. The rooms had very nice view and clean.The staff was very friendly and very nice many thanks to Christina ,Anna- Maria ,Maria , ,matoula Michalis ,Charis all the team . Was very sunny and nice ..Food very good and tasty..

This summer I vacationed in this hotel, for me it is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. Everything was fantastic, food, cleanliness and security. I have recommended many of my friends here in America to visit this wonderful place

Just back from the Atrium. A great welcome and efficient check in. First evening we used the Greek al la carte restaurant. Good food, and relaxed a**osphere; slightly marred by them chasing us to our room to sign for it, with a less than pleasant attitude. Similarly one of the Maitre’d was too engrossed in arguing with a colleague to engage with us. But, on the whole the restaurant staff, pool and bar staff, and even room service were polite and pleasant. The food was good quality throughout, so good that few people seemed to take the menu option. There is a great range of cuisines for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The wine is ridiculously overpriced; I understand mark-ups on wine, but none of them were good enough for that pricing. The pool and grounds are, like the hotel, well maintained and very clean, and finding a sun bed is easy, as is ordering drinks and snacks via the Atrium application. Our room was comfortable and kept very clean, and the private pool was cleaned every day. Very comfortable sun beds! Fresh local fruit and a bottle of wine were a nice touch. We would love to return next year, but the drinks pricing would make us think twice.

Wonderful! We have just spent a fabulous week here. Can't fault it! We found we had the perfect base for exploring Rhodes and a wonderful hotel that really spoils you. The staff are a credit to Atrium hotels, always cheery, friendly and go above and beyond. Thank you Atrium Platinum!

Definitely a 5 star experience. Food selection was absolutely wonderful. Real authentic Greek and international cuisine. All staff were so polite and friendly and we loved how Mr. Rodis the hotel manager who is a one of a kind person, was always around making sure everything was running smoothly. Big shout out to Julian in the bar. Always there welcoming you with a great smile. The hotel is only a 10 minute ride from the old town, very close to the beach and the sunset view from our balconies was breathtaking. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a luxurious experience in Rhodes.

The pros of of our trip included: - fantastic breakfast variety and friendly staff to greet you on arrival - excellent beachfront location, and only 10 minutes taxi to Rhodes town - rooms spacious and very clean The cons of our trip included: - unfriendly pool attendant / towel lady who continually told us not to leave our towels on beds and walk away from them - expensive bar service - €90 to keep a room on for a late check out - €10 to bring ice to your room - nightly entertainment was not 5 star quality Overall, this is a 4 star hotel and not quite 5 based on our experience.

Beautiful,spotless,stunning views,excellent food. Staff are extremely friendly,Anna-Maria from the guest relations team is a lovely,helpful person and has a great sense of humour, a credit to this 5 star resort hotel. We hired a car for two days,the island has a lot to offer and I would love to recommend one particular road trip from Lindos to kritinia castle(east to west)fabulous journey and then continue up the coastal road to ixia We wish you all a happy and prosperous future Thank you
