This Hotel has great amenities. Beautiful Pool on Rooftop but if you want a drink or appetizers at the Pool there aren't any until 6PM till 10PM. Total waste of great Rooftop Area. The evening, we were there they had a private Party and when we were finally aloud in drinks were $25 for measured 1oz pours. Double was $50 for measured 2oz pour. Bartender and Hotel staff not very nice.

It was a perfect hotel if you plan to visit the local ****** … clean and modern inside. It’s a little confusing when you try to pull up for valet based on its location otherwise a great find!

Parking is only valet. With 6 boys opening the car doors and the entance to the lobby like a VIP. The front desk was also professional. The hotel is nicely decorated and super clean. However, the G7 bar upstairs has too loud music and till after midnight. So turn on the tv, then sleep on the super comfy bed. The only issue was the housekeeping does not pass by until after the 4th day and in our case the 6th day we checked out without receiving roomservice. This is why I cant give them 5 stars they deserve. Pls ask a specific day for the housekeeping and even call to remind. Besides this.. come and experience a brand new hotel with amazing Hard Rock hotel and guitar building! There is a shuttle to take you to concert or ******. The bus driver is very nice. The hotel stay and Rod Stewart concert was a Birthday gift but spoiler by the lack of housekeeping. Am sure the housekeeping dept must need an assistant OR is understaffed. The hotel could not be cleaner and staff super nice especially the bearded collegue helping to park the cars

Booked this Hotel because it was across from the Hard Rock Guitar and 3 couples came for Concert. When we arrived at 2PM we went to the pool for drink and food. They had nothing open, beautiful Rooftop with pool, bar and restaurant but didn't open till 6PM. After the Concert we went back to Hotel to do Rooftop drink, when we arrived they said it was closed for party. We talked to hostess and she did let us if we wanted to stand which was no problem. When we ordered 5 drinks in came to $187. Told a double Tito's was $50 each. We told bartender we didn't want them. He charged our room anyways using Credit Card on file. Now stuck with battle to get this back with management that will not call back.

We waited over an hour upon arrival as our room wasn’t ready. Took a downgrade in rooms. Had to ask location of elevators and room. Rooftop bar played very loud music til 2am. We had no warning from staff this was going to occur. Unfriendly response from desk staff. Valet squad was friendly in spite of being unorganized. Sad overnight🙁

I like that it was very clean and transportation was provided, however there was loud music playing which made it very hard to sleep.

Enjoyed our Stay, Friendly Staff and close to Cruise Terminals (15-20 min). Can be a bit noisy depending on where your room is given Nightclub in the area. Rooftop restaurant was very nice with view of Hard Rock ****** giant Guitar. Would recommend and we will be back!

Expect a delay with valet parking. The hotel is new so everything seemed to be working in the rooms. There’s a rooftop bar above the 6th floor so request a lower floor if you don’t want the noise. Overall I had a good stay and the ambience is modern.
