I booked this hotel for 6 days as a treat for my sister and niece. I like to be clear that I did not stay and therefore will not comment on the hotel itself , I was totally disappointed in my experience with the hotel . I had messaged the hotel with a singular particular requirement , related to an health issue that they had stated they could offer . I had given them 7 weeks notice, they had ignored my emails and not responded, I called from the UK and was hung up on, when they could not explain why things could not be sorted . This issue was only resolved when I contacted ******* and they stepped in . However this was too late , a day before they were flying back .
In conclusion this hotel is not a place that takes individual visitors needs seriously. So if u have a requirements for health reasons or a birthday / wedding/ anniversary or any special occasion be guaranteed that you will be ignored
I only booked this place as my niece had seen this on social media site and had her heart set on staying . I think this place cares more about their image online and showing good snaps rather than really looking after there guest needs and doing what is essential for good hotels and treating every guest like they are important
Also I don’t think that the previous customer reviews are genuine, my gut tells me that 6 out of the last 7 reviews were possibly?? Written by friends of the establishment who booked a night in order to write a sham review.
