The location is great. All business centers are near the hotels. For location nothing to say about the hotel.

I do not recommend this hotel at all. It wasn't clean, blood spot (or something similar) in bedsheet, spider web, dirty bathroom. The area was also not safe. Our first two days were ruined in Istanbul because of this hotel.

I do not recommend this hotel at all whoever wants to have leisure time in Istanbul. When me and my family arrived to the hotel, the hotel area was very dangerous with full of rubbish around. The room was not clean at all. Bedsheet had a red spot (like blood). In top corner of the room some spider web was visible. The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. The rooms had weird smell. When we looked at the outside from the room. we didn't feel safe and comfortable ourselves. We were scared to spend a night at this hotel. We couldn't spend even a night in this hotel. We were disappointed as we were not expecting this at all during our trip. I had to book another hotel immediately. We wanted to have a refund, but the receptionist gave us only empty promises. He said we could talk to his manager on the next day in the morning. When I came on the next day morning he wasn't available. He said the manager would be in the afternoon. When I came in the afternoon again the person who's responsible was not there again. The receptionist was just a liar. Me and my family wasted our two days in Istanbul for this frustration. PS. It seems even taxi doesn't want to come this area. I was calling for a taxi when we were leaving 4 different taxi drivers (BiTaksi - Uber prototype) cancelled it. So we had to walk 5 mins to get a taxi.

Great hotel and location. Staff are helpful. They have assisted me with PCR test. A nurse came to the hotel and received the result in 6 hours for 250 TL. Basic breakfast but good enough to start your day. The bed in extremely comfy.

We had a fabulous stay at the Enderun Hotel. I had a few issues with trips after I arrived, however, these were dealt with swiftly and impeccably by the staff who were incredibly kind and helpful. We felt very well looked after. In fact, I would go so far as to say, that I had the best service of any hotel I have stayed in. The staff really went above and beyond to make sure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel is in an a**ospheric old building with a lovely breakfast area in a warm, glass dome outside (we visited in March and it was very cosy). The breakfast is a yummy spread of cheeses, salads and hot-cooked food. The rooms are comfortable and clean and there is a jacuzzi and sauna downstairs. The hotel is close to the Grand Bazaar and all the main attractions of the Old Town are within walking distance. Recommended.

We have just returned from a four night stay at this hotel. Our outbound flight was delayed so we arrived at the hotel later than anticipated. The hotel had pre-arranged transportation from the airport and that went extremely well by following their instructions. However, on arrival at the hotel the manager not only recommended somewhere to eat but walked us to a nearby restaurant. On our return he was happy to advise us on local tours to take given our limited time there, three full days. We arranged three activities and by the hotel booking them we had a slight discount on price.Not sure if it is normal but payment for two trips were made in cash to the hotel, but no receipt given. However there were no problems with transport pick up or return, so maybe that's the way it's done. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean and every member of staff helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in a manufacturing area, mainly shoes and leather goods, but don't let that put you off. For me it just added to the a**osphere of being in that environment in the middle of a bustling city. However, you are only a 15 - 20 minute walk from all the main attractions - Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia (both a must see) and Topkapi Palace. Also recommend the evening cruise with dinner. Breakfast was a good set up for the day so no worries about eating during the day. A couple of general things to think about: * Istanbul is far hillier than I anticipated, so take good walking shoes. * TAKE EUROS. There is a great reluctance for anywhere to take their own currency. Everything is priced in Euros. In one cafe the price was indicated in Euros. Staff didn't even know prices in Turkish lira! Paid in Euros but got change in US $!! * Beware of being ripped off in the Grand Bazaar. My wife didn't fully understand the conversion rates and ended up being charged over £50 for a kilo of Turkish delight. I certainly wasn't delighted.
