그랜드 호텔 굴소이(Grand Hotel Gulsoy)

1. 호텔은 매우 품위 있고 현대적이며 잘 꾸며져 있으며 객실은 매우 따뜻합니다! 2. 안타깝게도 프론트에 러시아어를 할 줄 아는 사람이 아무도 없어서 체크인이 30분 정도 걸렸는데 예약을 찾지 못했습니다. 3. 내일도 잘 부탁해 4! 4. 별표를 제거합니다. 우리는 방을 예약했는데 첫 번째는 남편과 저를 위한 것이고 두 번째는 제 친구들을 위한 것입니다. 체크아웃 당일 친구가 3번 방해를 받았습니다. 메이드는 8시 30분, 9시, 11시에 문을 두드리지 않고 허락 없이 들어왔다. 방에 들어가자마자 체크아웃 시간이라고 했다. 하녀는 경고없이 남편과 나에게 11시에 와서 우리는 알몸이었습니다! ! 우리는 그러한 불법을 만난 적이 없습니다! !

It is a tremendous big-city hotel with a beautiful panoramic view of a magnificent mosque across the street. The view is clear and uninterrupted both night and day. The hotel room is neat, comfortable, and impersonal. It is a clean, spacious area with amenities. Staff members speak English and the local languages. They did not have postal delivery stamps. There is a variety of food and fruits. The staff is efficient. The restaurant at the top of the hotel is outstanding.

The hotel was OK. The pool and spa area were lovely. Room was quite small and aircon did not work. Room was hot too without hearing on which meant window needed opening but there is a constant stream of noise all day from traffic and mosque and then all evening from the restaurant bar across the road. Some of the staff were lovely but others not so much. I was quite worried upon checking in as it seemed like the man on reception couldn't find my booking until I mebtioned *******. Thrn suddenly my booking was found but he still worked out something on a calculator before checking us in. Upon waking after our first night we found the dressing table covered with water from a leaking kettle. Everything on table was soaked including the hotels own feedback forms.. This was eventually sorted and kettle replaced after second time of asking. Cleaners do a lovely job and will replace towels daily if you press the clean room button on door and leave used towels on bathroom floor. Room refreshments such as coffee and tea are sp****. Bed was rick hard and so uncomfortable.. Breakfast options are vast... There is so much to choose from and try. The little coffee shop at front of Restaurant is nice but hotel prices. Thr view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing..

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms had all the facilities and were well maintained and cleaned. Big hotel, easy to find your way around.

Catfish. They showed us something else on the Internet and gave us something else from the start. As we entered the hotel. The manager started arguing with us over card machine. As they don’t accept Amex but they have the sticker on the counter. But I didn’t mind I paid with different card. There was 15 verse including six babies. We had booked out eight rooms they made us wait on the Lord. Love you for two hours. There is the manager call Omar who was so rude and he was being racist to this Chinese family as well I witnessed. He was saying Ching Chong get out from my hotel. I wanted to step in but my family is already stranded on lobby. Any how the experience was very bad by this manager name Omar. But the other guys who work are very polite and helpful. I think they need to give this guy Omar training.

Worst hotel management ever witnessed. You are actually bullied and threatened by front office manager that if you don't remove an honest review your booking will be cancelled and that is exactly what he did to me. I had a booking from 10th August to 11th August and on 11th morning I went to reception to request a late Check out where I'll pay for the late Check out I am told you gave us a bad review and now want late Check out and they refused. I went online did another booking as my flight was on 11th late night so it was only practical I am in the same hotel and not have to pack up n go another hotel however thr front office manager sent me a text on my WhatsApp asking me to cancel my review and if I don't he will cancel my booking and that is exactly what he did. My fully paid booking he cancelled and kicked us our of the hotel for posting an honest review.
