우리는 큰 방 24m2를 예약하지만 호텔은 우리에게 ver를 제공합니다. y 작은 방 그리고 그들은 이 방이 마음에 들지 않으면 예약을 취소하고 우리에게 허용되지 않는다고 말했습니다. 우리는 호텔 서비스에 만족하지 않으며 최고 경영진이 너무 나쁜 사람들입니다.

The place was nice but the room was very small but clean and beautiful

It was a very bad experience, the hotel is licated on a main road, but the Hotel rooms does not have any noise isolation whatsoever, you feel like you sleep in the Middle of highway 👺, I couldn't sleep at all. I dont think I would ever book that hotel again.

I enjoyed this hotel . Everything felt luxurious . The deluxe room was perfect for a family of 4 . The 2 beds provided were comfy and could easily fit 3 or 4 children in the super big bed and 2 adults in the other double bed. There was Plenty of space to put away luggages and relax with kids. However the walls were so thin i could hear next door and the hallway. The deluxe room bathroom only had a shower but was nice and hot. The cleaner gurstila was lovely and provided all amenities . water was provided in big bottles and no issues with needing more . The View from the balcony was just a car park but it was fine as everything else was beautiful. Breakfast was ok nothing special but lovely staff all throughout. I enjoyed the pool, steam . Sauna and hammam bath. A great exprience . There was a mini market outside the hotel where i would get milk and snacks for the kids . Just further down on the opposite side of the road was the historia mall. Please go here if you arrive in late afternoon / evening . There’s so many eating places etc at affordable prices and soft play area for kids . I fell for the hotels tourist trap and went to kebap mehmet ( something called this) again on the other side which the staff recommended. It was way overpriced and food not great. The hotel must get some sort of deal. The cheaper version of this hotel - ottoman lifestyle suites is just along the road but looks so shabby and run down ! Don’t stay there. Stick to this one . Uber came easily to this location but i do feel for young families it was far from tourist attractions. You couldn’t walk out into the grand bazar or sultan ahmet like i did in the hotel legacy ottoman ( read review). But in general if you’re able to use the tram you will have no problems as it is close by.

Stained carpet, walls, bathroom needs also a do-over. Breakfast is ok to good. Still barely a 5 star hotel. Friendly staff, would be nice with more people speaking English. Close to the city center, if you get a good deal (less then 150 euro/night) then it’s worth the money otherwise there are better options for the same amount.

5 star hotell but there are some serious issues with the cleaning. The hotel maybe has been 5 star but it is very old and in need of restoration specially in the rooms, carpets are full of stains and the walls are not clean, there is also issue with the sound proofing, you hear everything that happens in the corridor while you are in your room.

Our stay at the hotel was incredible.The stuff was extremely kind and polite, helpful and communicative! The entire place was very clean and well oriented, spacious and well located. The room’s condition was exceptional and very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice, with a large variety of choices. All the stuff members were remarkable, one by one! If I could remember all their names I would have mentioned them! They totally deserve a raise! I can recall the names of the girls at the reception Oydin and Lilia that were incredible! They really were very kind, talkative and very friendly! They gave us help in multiple things we asked and were always in great mood and willing to take good care of us! Same goes for the waiters, male receptionists and the guys at the door! Room service boy named Isa was amazing, always positive and there to assist us! The hotel included a spa, sauna, a big pool and a well equipped gym, where the ladies at the front desk were very nice and professional! We are very happy with our stay and we felt very relaxed and pleasant! Will definitely visit again and have another memorable experience at this great place! I highly recommend this place with its amazing hospitality!!!

Its almost a month later and I am so missing the Ottoman's Life Hotel Deluxe. From the warm, inviting welcome from Suner at the entrance, to the friendly check-in and concierge ideas from the exquisite Oydin and reception staff, to the out-of-this-world delicious buffet breakfasts meticulously served by Zeynep, Isa and the kitchen staff, to the smiley heartwarming welcomes and banter from Sila and Merve at breakfast each morning making guests 'feel at home', to the incredible state-of-the-art hospitality benchmark set by Kubilay, to the indulgent, mouthwatering desserts served with passion by Seda and team in the Garden Cafe', not forgetting to mention the detailed luxurious deluxe room and the cleaning staff who took care of our needs at all times, I certainly miss the unbeateable value this place has to offer and yearning to come back. We spent 8 days at this incredible hotel on a global business conference and not even a month has passed and we are reminiscing about these 8 days as though it happened yesterday. The hotel is located in the Fatih area, where there are fairly strict religious rules. This causes certain discomfort, such as the complete absence of alcohol, separate areas in the spa for men and women, and so on. What we liked: 1. Spacious room in classic style 2. Great location. Close to metro and tram 3. There are many cafes and restaurants within walking distance 4. Comfortable bed What I didn't like other than what I wrote above: 1. The smell of damp from the pool in the lobby. Very unpleasant 2. Not tasty Turkish style breakfast. 3. Large poster at the entrance "It is forbidden to bring your own food and drinks" 4. Not the friendliest service at the reception. 5. Requirement to buy a swimming cap in order to visit the pool However, if these restrictions are not important for you and you want to enjoy the feeling of Turkish luxury, then this is a good option.
