힐튼 몰 오브 이스탄불 후기

호텔 위치는 공항에서 택시로 약 30분 거리에 있어 상당히 좋으며, M9 지하철 노선 입구가 호텔 바로 앞에 있습니다. 호텔 바로 옆에는 이스탄불 몰이 있어 레스토랑과 카페가 즐비해 있고, 몰 안에는 슈퍼마켓도 있어 식사와 쇼핑이 편리합니다. 호텔 서비스는 평균 수준입니다. 환불이 더 용이하도록 체크인 시 현금 보증금을 지불하는 것이 좋습니다. 객실 크기는 평균적이지만, 발코니가 있는 객실을 예약하면 발코니 공간이 꽤 쾌적합니다. 조식은 메뉴가 한정적이며, 사람이 많을 때는 준비가 다소 부족할 수 있습니다. 호텔의 수영장과 헬스장은 꽤 괜찮습니다. 사람이 많지 않을 때는 시설 관리가 잘 되어 있어 운동하기에 좋습니다. 전반적으로 이 호텔은 비즈니스 출장객에게는 적합합니다. 하지만 시내 중심가와 주요 관광지에서 다소 멀리 떨어져 있어 순수 관광 목적의 여행객에게는 추천하지 않습니다.

가격은 비싼 편이지만, 쇼핑몰 바로 옆이라 위치는 좋아요. 다만 위생 상태가 좀 아쉽네요.

위치는 훌륭하고 몰 오브 이스탄불(Mall of Istanbul)과 가깝습니다. 리셉션은 다양하고 풍부하며 우아한 아침 식사를 제공합니다.

객실은 비교적 넓고 시설은 비교적 완벽하며 서비스는 비교적 좋습니다.

나쁜 리뷰! 씨트립을 통해 미리 객실요금을 결제했는데, 호텔측에서 허락도 없이 객실요금을 신용카드로 공제하고 인정을 거부했습니다.

고객이 협상한 가격은 실제로 씨트립 공식 홈페이지의 정상 가격보다 저렴합니다.

Hilton just in name: but nothing more than a horribly managed motel with a fancy lobby. Rooms are old, outdated, with stained carpets, lights do not work (sensors are old), and the air was not working either, there is a moldy smell that reeks including in the halls - I could not believe this is a Hilton!  But the worst is the management: the most unprofessional and horrendous services I have EVER had at ANY hotel I after having traveled 25 countries in 4 continents … Yunus the duty manager we had the bad luck of dealing with was vulgar, aggressive, and yelled at his employees in front of us. I felt so bad for the poor young bell boys and junior staff - you could feel the tension and anxious energy from the moment you stepped into the hotel. The junior staff of under incredible pressure by a very aggressive top management hierarchy that does not care at all for their customers. Warning to all families: DO NOT go to to this hotel, I will not go into detail here but it’s not a place you want to be with small children as the managers are very aggressive.

A little bit old, but if you search for something in this area it will be acceptable to rest there for a couple of days

Very good stay once again at Hilton Mall of Istanbul. This was our second time staying here, which reflects how practical and reliable we find the hotel. It is an excellent choice for a layover or short transit stay, especially for travellers needing convenient access to the airport and main highways. Transfers in and out are straightforward, which helps reduce stress when working around flight schedules. One of the biggest advantages is its direct connection to a large mall next door. Having immediate access to shops, cafés, supermarkets, and a wide range of restaurants is extremely convenient, particularly after a long journey or before an onward flight. It makes the stay much easier, as everything you may need is close at hand without requiring extra travel. The room was comfortable, clean, and well suited to a short stopover, providing a restful night between flights. Service was efficient and professional, making check-in and departure smooth. We did not have breakfast on this occasion because our flights departed too early, but overall the hotel once again proved to be a dependable and practical option. A smart choice for travellers who prioritise comfort, convenience, and easy logistics in Istanbul.
