Definitely NOT 4 star hotel, the light is extremely dark and bathroom is too small. The washbasin is 25cm wide, its facilities are definitely not worth the price.

I suppose to get a five star hotel from the organization but a misinformation let me in airport from Istanbul to find a hotel for the night and I found this hotel with very good price without knowing oe reading the reviews. I arrived and seem very clean and organized the employees speaking English and guided you as much as they can room was very good and next morning the breakfast was to compare with hotels in US and Canada really 5star a selection from everything including all vegetables,the room service was cheep and good and the area is in old Istanbul and everything what you need cheaper than grand Bazar

The place was okay for a budget traveller. Room was clean and reasonably well maintained. Bed was comfortable. There was a good selection for the breakfast. But some staff members couldn't manage English. They were unable to guide me to select vegetarian food. Good access to public transport. Enough restaurants around.
