새롭고 깨끗한 호텔 매우 친절하고 병원 직원/터키식 목욕탕과 마사지도 매우 즐거웠습니다! 추천! 아침 식사는 더 빠져들고 다양 할 수 있지만 (더 많은 터키 음식, 요구르트 등을 제공해야 함) 괜찮 았습니다.

Not good enough.. The room is too small, stuff not pay attention for you, make you feel like your accommodation is free👎 When I see other people review I thought this hotel is a great deal، Not bad but less than I expected Location of hotel is great

Worst hotel i have ever sfayed in , disgusting, low quality dirt hole, Private taxi dint arrive on time, dirt and filth everywhere, 9.5 on a booking site? Really? I would not give this place 1 star... shocking, Myself ,my wife and my son booked this dump for 5 nights, managed to sleep in it for 6 hours.. had to leave as our skin felt like it was crawling... check out the puctures... you make up your own minds what them brown stains were on the towels....

The hotel is in a great location, it is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, it is listed as 4 stars but is more like a decent 3 star hotel. If you want convenience it is good value for money, but don't book this expecting an international 4 star experience. You can walk to the bazaars, and get a great Bosphorus cruise nearby. The views are great. The beds are comfy and the showers are excellent. It's a bit dilapidated but clean and everything works. Breakfast is a buffet of tasty salads with tea and a truly disgusting orange drink. They only have nescafe - if you want proper Turkish coffee it's extra, but worth it. Lots of good, cheap restaurants nearby.

Pros: Good location and value for money. We paid around £300 for 6 nights and the stay included a basic Turkish breakfast. The bus stop is at a walking distance from the hotel. Hotel has a shisha lounge and spa (massage, sauna and hammam). They charged us 300 Lira for shisha we ordered and service was very good. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, but not everyone could understand or speak English. The housekeeping did a really good job cleaning our room everyday. Water bottles and tea/coffee sachets are provided complimentary. Cons: Electricity goes for at least one hour every day. The time can vary, but generally it goes off in the evenings which was quite annoying after coming back to the hotel after a long day of sightseeing. On the first day, the hotel staff said it was due to regional maintenance work but during my one week’s stay, I realised it goes daily. The nearby restaurants have generators installed so this means that this is a very regular thing in the area. Can’t keep iron in the room as they take it back after use, so had to ask for it again and again. The space between the bed and the wall of the room was very little, so I kept on getting hit by the TV installed on the wall. There is just place for one person to pass through at a time. Sound proofing at the hotel is quite poor. Wifi signal was very weak at certain times. Overall the stay was good, but the electricity is a major problem and it would be nice if the hotel installs a generator instead of letting guests stay in the dark for that time duration.
