Hotel location is perfect! management and Staff are extremely helpful :) They always make our stay an unforgettable one!

Simply the best location, value, staff. Rooms are great. I have been going to this boutique hotel for years and will never change. Being in heart of shopping. Close to everything. Easy access. Love the way being treated always. Make me feel very special. I almost have my own room. Everytime they try to accommodate same room for me as i love the room and view.

One of the best Hotels in Istanbul ,Turkey. The perfect location ,big and clean rooms ,great Turkish & international breakfast and they have the most friendly and helpful hotel team ever 👍 We enjoyed our stay at Arcade Hotel , Istanbul a lot 🩶

We had a very warm and friendly stay. The staff are very helpful and warm. The location is central easy in and out access to all the places we wanted to go. Walking distance to the nice cafes and restaurants. The rooms are spacious too. We would for sure go back and stay here.

1. Cleanness The hotel looked very clean in the photos when we were booking, but when we came it was disaster. The room was quite dirty, especially bathroom. The carpets need to be washed. They were not cleaned for a long time. The room had some kind of smell. Even after cleaning every day, we didn’t see any difference. It seemed that they just made up our bed and that’s it. When you enter the hotel, you can feel very bad smell too:( 2. Facilities and bathroom equipment. Everything was very old. The furniture should be changed, especially the bed. Believe me to make one big bed from two small is not a good idea, it has a hole 🕳️ in the middle and not comfortable at all to sleep. The bathroom equipment that was from the last century, it was quite old and believe me that mechanism for water in the shower is not used any more. And, please clean the bathroom better. 3. Breakfast I think what I saw it as “Turkish breakfast” is very offensive for the Turkish nation. Only tomatoes and some cheese are not Turkish breakfast. More fresh products are needed. It is not breakfast, and please change your teapot, the tea smell chlorine:( 4. Service and personel. I gave 1/5 just because of people. They were the only positive experience we had. They are quite nice and helpful but unfortunately it doesn’t make up for the experience we had in general in the hotel.

The hotel was located near the metro and restaurants and shops . Good location . The service was nothing extra . The lady in the front had no interest in greeting or smiling . The small restaurant was awful . My husband and I just walked out because nobody even came to take our order or serve us . Cleaning was terrible . Mold all over the bathroom . The surfaces was never cleaned during our whole trip . I towels were dingy and grey . I will not come back to this hotel .

have been staying in this hotel for the past 8 years, and was satisfied every single stay. The staff is extremely helpful and try their best to make us feel safe and at home. The location of the hotel is perfect: 2 minutes away from Osman bey metro station and in the heart of the various Nisantasi shops. The rooms are spacious, the restaurant frequently updates the menu, and the food quality is great! I would like to thank the manager Nejdet for his hospitality and great spirit and Okan for all his help and generosity. Would highly recommend anyone visiting Istanbul to stay here

The people working there is friendly but towels is very dirty and colour coming grey instead of white and the cushions is dirty and even the bed sheets good my own towels with me and my own bedsheets also I think no body check after the room cleaner Thanks

The rooms are very dark almost no windows. Also when I asked to change the room the service was very unfriendly and told me that all rooms are like that and dined to give me a different room. The rooms are also old and dirty. I would not recommend this hotel.
