Amazing stay! The staff was phenomenal and incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to cater to all our needs. Their exceptional service made our experience unforgettable. The hotel was absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect. Even the food, the services. The front desk staff were very polite friendly and spoke fluent english. I would like to mention that Mr. Burak at front desk was an absolute gentleman and fulfilled all my queries.

This hotel is located far away from everything on the Asia side and one of the least friendly places that I visited. That's saying a lot since I spent a week there. The hotel itself is actually very beautiful. The spa looks like it is to die for although the spa service is only mediocre. Go someplace else. The staff was very standoffish and made had no problem staring at you openly. The room was clean and food is reasonable in a pinch. I wouldn't stay again and can't recommend a friend stay there.

Good for any short stay on a business trip. I had no opportunity to test the hotel facilities since I was travelling only "in and out", hence no comment in this regard. The room appeared to be a bit old and would deserve some renovation. But from an overall perspective, everything was okay. If the price for your booking seems acceptable, go for it. But do not expect genuine "luxury" by central European standards.

The customer service here was horrible. From check-in to check-out. We visited this location for 6 days. The first 3 days of our trip was a leisure stay and the second part of our trip was for medical. The second half of our trip was paid for by the clinic. Before arriving in Istanbul we made sure to request the same room for our entire stay. When we arrived, they did not have this on the file and placed us in a room with two single beds, which is not what we asked for or were paying for. They then placed us in a smoking wing of the hotel - it was disgusting. After traveling for 20 hours we decided to just forget about it and get some sleep. During check-in they gave us the rundown of the amenities which included the outdoor pool which was open from 7AM-6PM daily. Majority of the customers at this hotel is for cosmetic surgery, so you would think that the customer service would be excellent. It is not. I left for the day after my husband left for surgery to do sightseeing and touring, I asked the front desk at 8AM to make sure that the room was cleaned for our return as he would be home from surgery that day and would need to rest. I come home at 6PM and I'm locked out of our room. The front desk said it was because we didn't pay for our hotel stay, in which I responded we haven't checked out yet. I've never been asked to pay a hotel before checking out before. Once I got a new key and returned to my room I realized it hadn't been cleaned yet. This was now 6:15PM. The front desk could care less and made me wait in the lobby for 30 minutes for the room to be cleaned. The next day I went to go to the outdoor pool to read and enjoy the sun and the doors were locked, I waited for awhile to see if they would unlock them and once I asked the front desk they were unsure and asked another member of their team in which they hesitated to say it opens at 10AM. I walked to a cafe instead. They provide two small complimentary bottles of water daily (if they clean your room) in your room as the drinking water isn't the safest. I called down one night to request for more water as we were parched (not allowed to bring in your own drinks/food from outside of the hotel - I ended up buying my own water to bring in...) and the water never did arrive. Even after a second phone call. I walked to Shell and bought my own. There is no room for sleep at this hotel as they decide to blast the music for the outdoor patio at 6:30AM. And I mean it is blaring. Not sure who they were playing the music for as it was raining outside. Needless to say, we couldn't wait to leave.
