Merhaba Hilton Tuzla Ailesi ***et güzel bir kahvaltı anısı bıraktı bende ***et güzeldiniz Elim 3 yıldıza gidiyordu ama kahvaltı güzel olduğu için 4 yıldızı hakettiniz ama kahvaltı salonunda muhakkak birisi dursun çünkü servis yapacak personel bulamıyorum onun dışında ***et güler yüzlü personeliniz var fiyat olarak da ***et iyisiniz onun dışında servis personeli masaya yaklaşımı sunumu ***et güzel herşey için teşekkür ederim tekrar görüşmek üzere hoşçakalın 👋

OK, so the hotel is in a slightly odd location. It is opposite the shipyards, but is relatively close by taxi to SAW airport, and we chose it for this (not being sure if the trains ran late into Istanbul). I think about 15 minutes by taxi, but we did not go by taxi, we got the red metro from SAW to Pendik (15TL) and then walked to the other Pendik station and got the Marmary line direction Gebze, I think 30 TL). This is quite a walk (20 mins), but we like walking and public transport, and both the red line and marmary line are on the Istanbulkart. In case anyone is wondering, it is fair way out of Istanbul. We were welcomed by Miss Busra on reception who was extremely helpful and allowed us to organise a different room, and also gave us a late check out. The room was fabulous, the best we have stayed in during our 16 night stay in Turkey. We used the pool, steamroom and sauna and these were all excellent. Pool was very good because it was warm. Breakfast was fine, plenty of choice. All staff were very friendly. I would recommend it for people arriving late into SAW who go by taxi. Good little shop 2 minutes away that sells alcohol, drinks and snacks. Thank you to Miss Busra and the team (from the English Mum and Daughter)

Had a lovely holiday in Turkey with family and wanted to convey my thanks to everyone at the hotel for the ever smiling service they give but especially to dear Doga and her supervisor Oguz for going that extra mile to accomodate our requests and make our stay memorable. Its very worn out, buttons everywhere was worn, to the point that u could see the white shining out, the tap on my sink was loose on room 606 and then i did an early checkout and they charged me first it was 1120tl for minibar, fair, put 1200 on the table, then my airport taxi came, and then they changed the amount to 1540tl, for no reason, they knew i didnt have the time to check the bill, but i know they just put something imaginary on it... Reception forgot to do the morning wakeup call.. I dont like it, when they try to add a little extra, for no reason..

I was 6 nights in doubletree by Hilton Hotel Istanbul. when we checked in they asked us to deposit 100$ . We ate dinner once at the restaurant of Hotel and we got massage . I asked them whether it’s possible to charge my room for massage and dinner ,totally 150$ ,and they assured us it could be ok .after we came back to our room we figured out that they deactivated our room card . I went to front desk and reception told me to pay your charge in order to activate your room card while my money was in the room .I haven’t seen something like that in any other Hotels, it’s not respectful behavior to their guests. Is it normal?

I stayed here for 5 weeks, and will come back again if have to work at Tuzla shipyards. Good location. My mood was never ever spoiled due to hotel's staff fault. All were friendly, attentive and responsive. Room was big, carefully cleaned upon request, breakfast-sauna-pool - all good. Well - I missed drawers on room and bathroom furniture to hide my bunches of small things, and that was biggest inconvenience for me during my long stay.

I have travel experience in the last 40 years to over 50 countries while my experiences with hotels have a wide range from not much positive to a Hilton - Level. Not cheap but worth every Penny for me and the five companies I have in four countries. I am thankful when getting the opportunity to use this kind hotels.
