The service is amazing and the staff is very friendly. The cleanliness in general is good. There's a beautiful cafe at the entrance that serves a great Turkish coffee. The price is a catch compared to the accommodation. Overall it has been a great stay

Loved this location! Very friendly staff and above an awesome cafe. I booked it for 1 night but kept rebooking each day to stay a total of 4. I planned to change my locations but it was so nice I didn’t want to leave lol

This place is exactly what I wanted. I had a balcony view of the local street and a hotel located in the tourist center. My room had a hot plate and fridge, but I didn't use them much. It caters to more to couples and singles then families which was fine with me but it is something to be aware of. It was a 5 out of 5 for me. Staff was awesome.

Enjoyed staying here - comfortable, quiet (save the 6am call to prayer from somewhere nearby) rooms on the top floor (mine had a great balcony too), and very friendly helpful staff. The location near Galata tower is good and there's a good amount of shops, restaurants, cafes etc nearby. The walk up to the hotel from where the water is is pretty steep however, so take that into account if you are lacking in fitness/mobility.

Excellent locations to shopping and eating. Walking distance to the Galata bridge where you can easily access to the port. We were upgraded to a spacious, beautiful, clean room. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The room was huge but not very clean. Only a small window at the end of a long corridor, so that it was dark when lights were off. Bathroom was a bit smelly. I did not pay too much for the room, so it was ok. If I would have payed ＞80 dollar, I think I would have reson to complain.

I have been in istanbul around 6 days, and i loved this place! They have a little terrace at the entrances; it’s suitable to spend your golden hours in there. Also everyone is so helpful and kind but special thanks to Mr. Ananac Ozgur. He helped me with every single issue and advised on big points in my trip. Definitely recommended!!!
