위치는 완벽하고, 모든 것이 매우 깨끗하고, 서비스도 매우 좋고, 아침 식사는 풍부하고 다양하지만, 식당에 들어갔을 때 기다리는 사람이 아무도 없어서 혼란스럽고, 앉을지 기다릴지 알 수 없습니다.

My friend and I had a problem with the hire car which we picked up from Olbia airport. We had an incident on a previous day before arrival at this hotel. Marina, the receptionist, went above and beyond helping us with obtaining a quote for the damage. We are most grateful.

Hotel was lovely and clean with friendly staff. We did have a broken mug in our room which was quickly replaced but it was nice to have a kettle to make a drink anyway (a rarity it seems!). There was no English tv despite the hotel reception saying there was, but that was a minor issue. They sent a man to our room to try and fix it but he couldn’t which wasn’t too much of an issue. We were only there for 2 nights. Castelsardo itself was lovely. The hotel was a short drive away from there but there wasn’t a lot else around the hotel. The breakfast was lovely in a big airy room with lots of choices. Not much parking outside the hotel but people seemed to park down the street opposite if it was full. We didn’t use the pool but it all looked ok. One thing that was an issue for us (and not sure if this is just where our room happened to be located) but you could hear the guests using their toilet next door!!! And them flushing it woke us up in the night!

Great hotel, great breakfast, friendly staff, beautiful swimming beach across the road. The pool is amazing, with a bar. The only thing that I didn't like was the size of the bathroom. It was tiny, but the other couple we were with had a one that was a little bigger. They also don't do dinner or lunch, but it didn't matter to us as there are so many places around to eat. The pizzeria across the road is great

A very nice and clean hotel overall. Positive: 1. Staff at reception is great and very helpful 2. Hotel is very clean and well kept. 3. Nice pool with plenty of sunbeds. 4. Staff that work at pool bar is great. 5. Breakfast is great. 6. Our room was great ( besides we didn’t have any big balcony) Negative: 1. Could perhaps be more smiling staff at breakfast. 2. Sometimes it takes “long” time for the buffet to be re filled. 3. Pool could be cleaned not often.

Very good hotel. Well located near the beach and a bus ride from castelsardo, which is a beautiful town. The Roos are sparse but clean and reasonably comfortable. The highlight of the hotel is the very friendly service. Overall reasonable value for the money
