All good. Beach is great

女人島上最好的位置了，也是島上規模相對大的酒店，前台服務很好，給升級了房型，空間很大正面看海的套房，酒店專屬的沙灘在路對面但也很近，沙質細白，海浪也不大，很適合游泳，體驗很棒！

This was a very nice stay. The food was good, especially the Brazilian rodicio and mexican buffet on Friday nights. The wifi was not fast enough to have video calls, around 3 mbps. The facilities werre very nice. The beach chairs are not on playa norte, but on playa centro, which is just a few min walk from playa norte. All in all, a very nice stay and worth the price we paid.

Real life looks exactly like photos. Food was amazing and they asked about allergies at each place. I’m great area to walk around and feel safe. Ferry to the island was easy peasy.

Close to town. Walkable area. Beach. Staff is very nice. Fernando at the breakfast buffet is very nice and welcoming. The first day at the pool/beach service was not great. The next day it was great. Did not like that you have to pay for a beach palapa/should be posted that there is a fee. Beach is beautiful.

The rooms and amenities were spectacular! The staff was welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious, as were the many drink options available. 15 out of 10 recommend and will definitely be back!

The staff were wonderful especially Hugo and Mirabel at the front desk, Fernando who greeted us each morning at breakfast and Melby who served us most days, Her radiant smile would improve any day! The room was a disappointment. The rooms that face outward from the hotel are not soundproofed so sleep is hard to come by. The bed is huge but unstable so that the slightest movement causes it to tremble.The chair and there is only room for one in a room for two is heavy and when moves makes a horrible racket. This could be solved by putting felt on the bottom of the legs. Due to the size of the bed the room felt cramped and if there were a second chair one would have to climb over the first chair to get to the second. If room service were ordered it remains a mystery how a couple might enjoy it together. The grounds and pool were a delight. The gardens are immaculatly kept and offer an oasis from the bustle outside. If you stay here be sure that you get a room facing the garden. I don't know if they are better appointed but they would be quieter.

Overall, it was a nice experience. The food was good and the staff was nice. A few things were a bit weird though…I’m not sure if there were recent renovations or what, but the finishes looked unfinished. I could see the chalk lines on the tile in the bathroom, there was stain/paint on the interior of the closet doors. Also, I didn’t mind, but it seemed ironic that the adults only resort was next to the school. We were there in mid-December so we were serenaded by the kids practicing for their holiday concert (scream/singing with a speaker turned to 11).
