I have no idea how none of the reviews on here are talking about how they try to pitch you timeshares at every available opportunity. Within 24 hours I was pitched the timeshare 6 times, including 4 calls to my room. And they do not take no for an answer. Usually I'm pretty friendly but it got to the point where I had to be mean and walk off to get him to stop. They also set up a little scam center in the lobby with the pool table where they bus people in from other resorts to try to sell them timeshares, so if you don't get enough of them trying to sell to you, you can listen to some of those instead!
The beach is actually really nice but the rest is sub par. Our fridge and TV were broken on arrival, we found an old fry by the sink, and they don't restock your minibar. One time they didn't even replace the towels and we had to order more on the app. I do tip, so I assume that maybe that is the "good" service. The food is bland, the drinks are good, the wine is so gross.
Not only am I mad that I paid a lot of money to basically spend a week at a scam center, but every time they do it they waste your precious vacation time that you paid them for already. It is scummy and I will never stay at a Hyatt property again.
