무쿠라 클럽 호텔(Mucura Club Hotel)

Nice hotel grounds and good accomodation, but nothing wow. In my opinion quite a bit too pricey for what they offer! Most of the staff are not very friendly and seem fed up.... Except for the girl at reception, the older evening bar man, the entertainment girl and the best of all is the man responsable for the wild and free animals residing there! He was the most truly welcoming and friendly guy we met! I was a bit disapointed about the whole peninsula ( san bernard islands) I had thought they would be a bit "off the beaten track" since they are so far from Cartagena...but they are purely touristic!! Isla Grande ( 1hr from Cartagena) is more authentic than these islands!

The staff are very nice and friendly, this island is beautiful and peaceful. The nature is amazing, the ocean is nice and warm, but a little bit rocky, so bring your water shoes.

Terrible food, especially if you've payed for the all inclusive plan, eat in the town outback. Customer service is poor, room has no ventilation, water is the only thing worth the money in my opinion.

This is paradise. The staff is the best part. They are kind, fun and committed to you having the best time, specially Argen and Carlos Mário, they are the best!! The food, although not very varied, is delicious and the portion size is perfect. The tours they offer are awesome, I recommend going on the snorkeling and the plancton. Also, do not forget your snorkel (if you do, don't worry, they rent them in the hotel) since you can see a lot of sea life just outside the hotel. The private beach is wonderful and the area of the hotel, perfect. Just don't forget to put a lot of sunscreen on and bring some repelent also. The insects can be merciless. The fresh water is limited on the island, and also a little salty... and there is not hot water in the showers, but trust me, you will not miss it!!! Disconnect from the world and just enjoy the sun, the silence, the sea.....

Maravilloso lugar ! Sus playas son hermosas. Su gente super cálida . Es un hotel que te acoge desde el instante que llegas. Con muchos espacios para hacer de tu experiencia única. volvería a ir las veces que sean necesarias 🫠🫠🫠🤤🤤🤤 Lo ame.

Un lugar irresistible para despejar tu mente mirar el agua cristalina los peces el cielo su comida el personal excepcional , sus habitaciones temáticas Barco y habitación Suite mis favoritos recomendados ‘ desde que llegas en lancha te sientes en familia

Al parecer el hotel cambió de administración y ahora tiene nuevas políticas pero la información en los portales de reserva no se ha actualizado por parte del hotel por lo que dichas políticas no se reflejan en los portales de reserva y por tanto los servicios ofertados difieren de la realidad. La alimentación no está incluida en el valor de la reserva, es decir no es pensión completa como era en el pasado (1 o 2 años atrás). El recepcionista que inicialmente se presenta como administrador asume una postura bastante grosera a la hora de presentarle las inconformidades y a pesar de presentar soporte documental y de la propia información de ellos en los portales de reservas no se presenta una solución diferente a cancelar la reserva o proceder con los pagos adicionales. Todo lo anterior en una actitud grosera, petulante y hasta con comentarios de tono humillante. En el pasado había tenido muy buenas experiencias en el hotel pero lamentablemente está última experiencia no es para nada recomendable. Pese al excelente servicio que sé que prestan otros funcionarios como por ejemplo Felipe, el nuevo servicio prestado por el recepcionista/administrador, Daniel, deja mucho que desear.

À fuir!! Vraiment très déçu de notre séjour sur place que nous avons écourté à une nuit seulement. Arrivé par le bateau (＞2h) à midi 30, nous avons pu avoir notre chambre qu’à 14h. Pas d’eau dans le complexe donc impossibilité de se laver les mains! Hallucinant!!! L’eau n’est disponible qu’entre 18-20h mais à 19h, il n’y avait déjà plus d’eau!! Donc mon mari n’a pas pu se laver et a du prendre l’eau d’un grand seau, mis à disposition dans la douche. Pour un hôtel de ce standing, c’est incroyable. De plus, plus d’électricité entre 8-9h du matin, donc plus de ventilo, bref, vraiment très déçu d’avoir perdu notre argent et notre temps là-bas… plage non nettoyée et sale… l’hôtel a l’air d’avoir été abandonné, sans âme, c’est dommage… seul bémol, le personnel qui essaie de leur mieux mais avec si peu de moyens…. Cuisinier au top aussi!

Muy mala experiencia en este lugar, siempre me he alojado aquí pero la nueva administración es pésima además de irrespetuosa la persona encargada llamado Mariano, como mujer no recomiendo a ninguna que llegue a este lugar, hay lugares más lindos que te tratarán con respeto y a buen precio. Cuando vas a una isla buscas total relajación y no problemas.
