The property was beautiful, staff were kind and accommodating, we had a beautiful stay. Some of our favorite parts were the snorkeling, the beaches and the spa services

I had a great overnight stay at Majagua. They have 2 beaches conveniently located on the property with different vines. They have great food options at the restaurant. My room was also super comfortable and nice. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the island.

The property was beautiful, but the food was some of the worst I've ever tasted.

We loved our time at this property. We didn't utilize the eco tours. We rented bikes one day but honestly there isn't very good signage indicating which dirt path goes where so we turned around. The staff and the hotel are great, the food is fantastic and we were blessed with great weather.

Staff was nice and they work hard to make you happy, however, a lot of improvement in the facility is needed. There’s no hot water at all. You need to take cold showers. The water pressure is also minimal. Rooms are fine, but the entire hotel is under construction so it’s very noisy all day. There’s nothing to do there other than two tiny beaches (enough to fit like 6 chairs each). No pools, no gift shops like the they say, not even different restaurants/ food. You get stuck in an island with the same food starting at a super tiny beach and that’s all. Not worth it at all.

We were a couple who stayed at this hotel, and we found out that we needed to go one day earlier than planned. In that case we tried to communicate with the number of the hotel on WhatsApp. And this were really difficult. They did not answer the questions I had and were not helpful. The only solution they had, was to rent a boat for 650 USD. The lack of communication from the staff did also appear when it came to the late check-in. They said they should inform us when the room was ready, but that never happened. We also ordered massage, but they also managed to mess this up too when they booked us on the day before. This were never communicated until the hour of massage. It seems like the hotel has a serious problems in communication, which is not making the stay relaxing. One of the reception staff acted a bit rude and was not very humble. All this were unfortunately characterizing our stay in a bad way. The hotel have two nice beaches and the rest of the staff and waitors were good. The food and cleaning were ok.

This is the best you are going to get on this island I think. The staff was great except of a couple of the eco-guides who have serious machismo attitude. Jeffrey was amazing though who took us to see the bioluminescent plankton. Also Andreas with the snorkeling team.

The place is beautiful, modern and clean. It's in a jungle. The staff is professional and friendly

The property was really nice and so was the service. The food was ok and the hotel can use some improvement in that area.
