Hotel Villa Fiorentina

We spent 5 nights in this hotel, the staff went over and above to make us feel welcome and make our stay so memorable. We had half board and were more than happy with the food, it was good home cooking, and the breakfast was plentiful. This hotel is perfect for people who love nature the views and sunsets are amazing. If you love being immersed in a family hotel with no airs and graces this hotel is for you. The pool is perfect for taking all your stresses away, not a swimming pool but a bathing pool, wonderful. We must thank all the staff for helping us destress in these 5 days, especially Alex and Fendi.

[00:12, 2/7/2022] Delfina 😇: Had to wait for about half an hour before someone could answer and open the gate because there wasn't electricity. The hotel is located on a hill far away from the main streets and beaches. We made a reservation for two nights. We asked to see the room before because the only staff member there didn't seem professional. I can say he wasn't. At the end he let us see the room which from his prospective was the best room with a nice view. As soon as we saw it, we decided to leave. It was so small and didn't have air conditioning. You must pay to have that. The pool on the outside is smaller compared to the pics on here. We asked if we could leave and the staff member said" if you want to find another place to stay,it's fine.You just need to communicate your decision to booking and sort it out with them". We were disappointed and talked with booking,which gave the reservation money back exceptionally right away. The next day the hotel takes away the room reservation money without warning. We had to pay at the hotel when we arrived if staying. But we left. They didn't have problem with us leaving and didn't talk about losing money. We chose another hotel near the beaches and it was perfect. STILL didn't get our money back! They didn't even want to talk with booking anymore. Worst experience

Wonderful family run hotel in the hills of Ischia. A nature paradise with beautiful views of Casamichola and the ocean below. Wonderful hot spring fed thermal pool. Hosts are lovely, hotel is very clean and breakfast was good. Great value for your money. A beautiful place to escape for a few days. Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful stay!

Prima volta ad Ischia è stata un'esperienza bellissima, dei posti stupendi e delle terme "negombo"davvero fantastiche tutte immerse nel verde, Molto relax. Abbiamo alloggiato nell' Hotel villa la fiorentina personale qualificato tutto ben ordinato e pulito tutti i giorni. Abbiamo conosciuto Fadi che è davvero una bella persona, Alex, Rodrigo, Giovanna tutti davvero ospitali. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo 😍❤️❤️ Ischia nel ❤️

Struttura completamente da ristrutturare, personale poco gentile e poco garbato! camera vista mare..ma anche vista gatti e varie sporcizie! La Tv non si vede, il wi fi non funziona, tanto meno l’aria condizionata …pessima esperienza! Non accettano carte..ma solo contanti …ma come è possibile? Sconsigliatissimo!

Avevo prenotato in una struttura vicino il porto di Ischia ( hotel isola verde) ma ho trovato una situazione scandalosa sotto tutti i punti di vista, quindi sono andato via ed ho avuto la fortuna di trovare questo hotel… per prima cosa voglio evidenziare la disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari; camere spaziosa e pulizia ottima; buonissima la colazione e su prenotazione si può anche pranzare e cenare su una terrazza con una bellissima vista;molto comoda anche la linea bus che passa davanti all’hotel in orari programmati… molto buono rapporto qualità prezzo.

La struttura risulta molto accogliente, ambiente tranquillo e rilassante anche grazie ad un piccolo angolo piscina. Non abbiamo avuto difficoltà a raggiungere l’hotel, con un autobus direttamente da Casamicciola. Il personale è stato molto gentile nei nostri confronti e in modo professionale. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

Pessimo hotel in collina. Sopra casamicciola, senza ascensore ed aria condizionata. Piccolissima piscina e tante tante tante scale .... Camere piccole e bagni con tubi a vista. Colazione con cornetti surgelati. Unico pregio ... la vista. Sconsigliato comunque

Un weekend da incubo, la struttura si trova sopra la montagna di casamicciola quindi lontano da qualsiasi cosa, la camera era orrenda, una stanzetta malridotta con due brandine un armadietto che puzzava di vecchio con un tavolino fatiscente! Per non parlare del bagno! Vecchissimo con uno scaldabagno arrugginito! Biancheria e lenzuola sporche! La piscina piccolissima con i bordi tutti pieni di ruggine, in più nonostante avessimo prenotato ma a cause lavorative siamo arrivati la sera per fare il check-in abbiamo dovuto pagare 20 euro in più!
