Ischia에있는 동안 2 박 동안 멋진 숙박. 우리 방 자체는 거리가 내려다 보이는 발코니가있는 꽤 컸습니다. 직원, 특히 Lorenzo와 Jelena는 질문이 있을 때 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 포함 된 아침 식사는 환상적이었습니다. 다양한 구운 식품 (pistaccio cornettos!) 과일, 요구르트, 계란, 고기 등으로 구성된 대형 뷔페. 훌륭한 커피도 있습니다. 위치는 우리에게 완벽했습니다. Ischia Porto에서 우리가 점심 먹으러 Procida로 페리를 타곤했던 페리 선착장에서 도보로 가까운 거리에 있습니다. 이 지역은 레스토랑과 상점으로 활기차고 우리가 필요한 모든 것을 갖추고 있습니다. 우리는 저녁 식사를 위해 어느 날 밤 매력적인 Ischia Ponte(약 1마일)까지 쉽게 걸어갔고 성을 보기 위해 걸었습니다. 우리가 걸을 수 없는 섬의 어딘가에 가야 하는 경우 호텔(및/또는 버스 정류장)에서 항상 택시를 이용할 수 있습니다. 우리는 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다.

우리가 지불 한 가격에 대해 매우 실망했습니다. 좋은 - 레스토랑의 웨이터는 매우 효율적이고 친절하며 열심히 일하고 전문적이었습니다. 모든 곳에서 깨끗하게 유지 마사지 비교적 좋은 바베큐 저녁은 일주일 내내 최고의 음식이었습니다. 나쁜 - 영어 사용 부족, 편의 시설, 지역, 버스 등에 대한 정보 부족 - 내가 본 유일한 영어 통지 물병을 채우는 것은 완전히 금지되어 있습니다. 워터 스테이션에서 위로! 수영장을 사용하기 위해 수영 캡을 착용해야하지만 지난 40 년 동안 전 세계를 여행하는 것에 대해 들어 본 적이 없습니다! 수영장의 필터는 낡고 녹슬었지만! 매우 작은 욕실과 말 그대로 덤불을 바라 보는 일부 발코니가 있는 오래된 침실. 저녁 엔터테인먼트의 소음은 자정까지 계속되어 거의 잠을 잘 수 없었습니다. 아침 식사는 괜찮 았지만 주로 매우 다양한 케이크를 선택했습니다 (이 중 일부는 저녁 식사 저녁 식사를위한 디저트로 제공 될 수 없었던 것이 유감입니다. 트롤리와 은색 음식 돔 (위쪽 약간)으로 높은 수준으로 제공되었지만 매우 실망 스러웠습니다. 샐러드 바는 내가 호텔에서 본 것 중 최악이었습니다. 매우 가난했고 많지 않았습니다. 메인 식사도 실망스럽고 디저트는 스스로를 도울 수 없었지만 4 중에서 선택했고 하나가 다 떨어졌을 때 선택이 적었습니다. 일부 리셉션 직원은 우리가 도착했을 때 매우 도움이되지 않거나 환영하지 않았으며 출발 당일 오전 5시에 이른 아침 전화를 요청했지만 결코 얻지 못했습니다. (우리가 일어났던 좋은 일) 다른 사람들은 이른 아침 체크아웃에 아침 식사 가방을 얻었지만 우리는 그렇지 않았습니다! 나는 확실히 돌아갈 것인가! 또는 Voyage Privé를 통해 예약하는 것은 확실히 아닙니다.

장점 - 위치가 좋고 깨끗하고 아름다운 전망, 책상에 정말 도움이 되는 여성, 해변에서 2/3분(Bagno Lucia 옆). 단점 - 기본적인 3성급 호텔, 발코니 없음, 크고 편안한 침대, 우리가 본 적이 없는 텔레비전(선택의 여지가 없음), 그리고 그것은 거의 전부였습니다. 아침 식사는 도시의 하이 스트리트에 있었고 패스트리와 두 잔의 음료였습니다. 정말 즐겁고 현지인, 훌륭한 커피, 주스 및 패스트리와 연결됩니다. 사랑스러운 깨어나는 경험. 전반적으로 이것이 예산에 민감한 휴가가 아니라는 것을 알고 있었고 호텔은 그것이 무엇인지에 비해 저렴하지는 않았지만 절대적으로 괜찮 았고 해변의 위치에 있고 평화 롭고 도움이나 조언을 원할 때 데스크 여성은 정말 편안했습니다. 그리고 매우 도움이되는. 호텔은 가득 찼지만 조용했고 볼 모든 것이 있어 매일 밤 잘 잤습니다. 우리가 섬을 방문하여 나폴리 공항, 알리버스, 편도 수중 발상 부두, 페리 20유로를 조직하게 되어 기쁩니다. 해변의 침대 공간은 한 쌍의 30유로를 원했기 때문에 현지인들이 앉았습니다. 실제 슈퍼마켓이 없기 때문에 가격이 비싸고 먹을 곳이 많습니다. Ischia Ponte의 주요 위치에 아름다운 정원이 있는 꽤 기능적인 호텔에서 좋은 경험.

We arrived at the ”hotel” to a very basic place which looked like a building site/lodging house. The receptionist copied our passports and quite bluntly said you're on the first floor that way. We then had to struggle up the stairs with our cases to find our room. Room being the operative name. It was basically a cupboard with a bed in it. There was ONE socket in the whole room. A wardrobe containing ONE HANGAR, a bed coveted in a fraying coverlet and a marked sheet,two flat pillows, a door led to a bathroom with a very disgusting, marked shower curtain, hanging from exceptionally dirty rings. The ”view” was booked as pool or garden view, we had neither. We faced scaffolding, building site and dirty laundry on the floor, two flights below. The aircon didnt have a remote in the room. The electricity consumer box didn't have a cover but DID contain a keyhole! We went back to reception to ask to change room, to be told they were full and it wasn't possible. We requested more pillows, hangars and how to turn on the aircon in the room. We were told we had to pay for the aircon £12 per day. Pillows were delivered to the room along with 10 exceptionally dirty, rusty hangars We were informed ”dinner was 7-8pm and breakfast was 8-9am, set in stone with allocated tables and a preordained ”menu” of 2 dishes. We had to buy water to have with dinner and we're shocked that HALF BOARD DIDNT GET US A CHOICE OF WHAT TO EAT! we slept in the disgusting room that evening, THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED, as i'd booked this trip through LOVEHOLIDAYS for my husbands 65th birthday gift. I cried that night, absolutely shocked by what we had compared to what I thought I'd booked. The next morning my husband went down to breakfast- again no choice and offerrings were left overs from dinner, green beans, cake, manky fruit, cheap cereal! I had a coffee and returned to the room. We looked on *********** for another hotel and moved that day to an available hotel. We have complained about the 20 year old pictures advertising this OAP BOARDING HOUSE where older people LIVE in the rooms facing the pool and gardens. There is also a dog roaming trying to get into the room along with visitors in the night trying all doors. Filip used us moving as an excuse to not refund us for our further 6 night stay, stating we only wanted a sunset view!! We've never been to Ischia before so we looked at available, clean hotels available at short notice. Please, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOVEL FOR YOUR HOLIDAY, THE OWNERS HAVE QUITE FRANKLY GIVEN UP AND NEED TO TAKE THE ”HOTEL” PART FROM THEIR SIGNAGE AND CHANGE IT TO BUDGET HOSTEL WITH A POOL! would of given ZERO but not able to. We have an ABTA CERT and WILL be taking this forward with them

My husband and I took a weekend trip from Naples to Ischia and at the last minute changed from a hotel in Fioro to Hotel Villa Durrueli at the last minute as we wanted to be in a nice walkable area that was closer to the port (for ease of catching the ferry) as well as services, restaurants, and we wanted to stay in a place that had a thermal bath in the hotel. Many of the thermal baths are closed during the latter part of November so having a thermal bath to enjoy in the hotel was important to us. The room is small, but delightful with a balcony that offered seating for 2. The decor is in keeping with the island: renovated, clean in the Mediterranian Style and offered a minibar that felt very reasonable and a desk area with complimentary coffee and tea. The service here is exemplary from the front desk to the spa to the breakfast. It has service that goes beyond a 5 star hotel that is warm and friendly while still very professional. Sara, the breakfast manager goes above and beyond to ensure every guest has an amazing start to the day. The service, the location, and the amenities made us feel so grateful we chose Hotel Villa Durrueli.

We booked a superior room with balcony or terrace. We were given small room with broken window and flakey ceiling. Asked where the balcony was we were told there isnt one! Room two better but plaster coming of the walls Room three better but tiere Complained to management who miraculously found us a lovely clean new modern room with terrace Then dinner! Disaster was told didnt need to reserve. Sat down to be asked to move. Table we moved from was sea view. We were moved to middle of restaurant whilst a number of seaview tables remained empty all night! We have already paid for our meal so shouldn't it be first come first served! Day one ! Could this holiday get any worse
