I was greeted by a lovely young lady who made me very welcome. I was struggling with my luggage so she helped me up to the room, it was a great help. The facilities here are amazing, made use of the pool, spa & sauna. Had a relaxing drink in the bar. Haven't eaten here as I am visiting family & been eating with them but the food does smell amazing. My room is a single but is perfect the bed is more queen size than single & very comfy.

The facilities are good the swimming pool is very nice but having a smoke alarm go off in night waking both of us up was regrettable and no really apology.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with our room. It clearly hadn't been cleaned upon arrival with dried bloody snot in the sink and skid marks in the loo..crumbs on the floor and stains near the bin and patio windows didn't start well.. The team were prompt in their response and tried every way possible to make the experience more enjoyable. We'd arrived for a 60th party and weren't the only ones whose room was dirty upon arrival All the facilities weren't working so overall the experience wasn't great from start to finish

I stayed at the Muthu hotel for two nights with my husband, starting from March 21st, 2026. We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was in a quiet location with a very comfortable bed; it was clean and perfect for a relaxing break. We also visited the leisure club and were very pleased with the facilities. We will definitely be back!

Couldn't fault your lovely hotel. The only thing perhaps was the long wait at the bar.

Excellent and very clean hotel, friendly and kind staff, spacious rooms, good breakfast and food, excellent service, very large swimming pool.

Really nice hotel with really nice facilities

Quite a wacky, quirky hotel- which we love! The main hotel is unique and fab, but the rooms are tired and outdated and could be cleaned to a higher standard. The tap water is not drinkable, so more drinking water also needs to be provided and accessible in double and twin rooms- one bottle for two people is not enough. When phoning reception to request two bottles of water, we were still only given one and the empty bottle we had was also weirdly and awkwardly requested and collected at our door first, before we were allowed more water, which was then bought separately and left outside the room? Just a little odd when they have to provide drinking water. A great location hotel though and we actually love the extravagant, crazy style of the main hotel and have been back 3 times and would stay again when in the area for work. You have to see it to believe it!

Good size room, could do more with maintenance of place, especially with the cleaning of the room, nice breakfast, like the bar area as well, nice selection of drinks, good swimming pool and sauna. Great location no far from the city centre. This place with a modern decoration and cleanliness can go up to a 5 star. Lovely staff, always ready to help you to get what you need. Definitely will be back again and will bring my kids too.

Amazing place to stay staff all ways friendly would highly recommend

The room is old dated. Lack of attention very old stained furniture. The toilet was dirty. Asked to be cleaned to come back and all they did was give me clean towels. Bed sheets full of hairs. Which they changed after I asked to be changed. They did not vacuum the room. Carpets all over the room was old and stained/ dirty. Breakfast was lacking on choices and restaurant carpets dirty seats old with stains. So not pleasant to eat there. The highlight of this stay was the swimming pool facility. Really lovely big and nice.
