MH 호텔 이포 후기

단기 체류를 위한 작은 호텔도 괜찮습니다. 위치적으로는 꽤 좋습니다. 시내와 가까우며 다양한 먹거리 지역에 쉽게 접근할 수 있습니다.

Fast check in n check out. Friendly staff. Room very clean. Will stay again and again

First time stay here , it’s great bed for good sleep, but to the top floor restaurants is disappointed. No one serve at counter and table non clean up even wait more than 5min , although we see the guys, finally we did ourselves…

Overall is great. Near highway and have parking. Cleanliness acceptable

Booked 2 rooms for parents and myself for 4 nights. The 1st room for parents had leaking broken taps and weak toilet flush. Parents’ room was changed immediately after moving in. My room had torn curtains, faulty safe, shower that produces lukewarm  to cold water for every shower despite running the water for over 5mins, cake crumbs behind bed, chocolate stained wall and curtains. Had to contact housekeeping again to clean up on 2nd day despite room was made up that morning. Toiletries initially was also provided for 1 person instead of 2. Both rooms’ keycards were faulty and had to get housekeeping to help solve the problem on day 1. Towels provided were old, stained, worn and needs refreshing. No floormats unless you ask for it. My room slippers were used to support a cupboard and no replacements were provided until I showed photos of the support. Hotel corridors were lighted with mixture of white and warm-white lighting and can get pretty dark at night. Buffet breakfast was good compared to Excelsior hotel. It ends at 10.30am but food were not top up after 9.30am so do go earlier like 8-8.30am to eat.

Good stay will come back again. Awesome hotel…. ☺️☺️ cheap.

Location is okay, not very near to Ipoh town, around 15 to 20 mins to Ipoh Town. Room and bathroom normal.

Hygiene is not very good The pillow's sponge has turned into a ball

Comfy room with view. Strategic location. Suitable for business and family trip.

Room is dirty and old.

Room a bit old and cleanliness really need to improve. Bathroom was not cleaned and a bit smelly. The exhaust fan in bathroom is noisy.

CON: Front receptionist at night during check in, not courteous. Was informed Monday kitchen is closed!! ROOM 1410 -Large room without windows! Large bathroom with No hand shower only rain shower. Shower floor trap drains very slow. Ponds every time. Need to wait for it to drain. An hassle. Room had old smell. Hotel a bit tired. PRO: Had good night sleep. Good water pressure.

We came here for a work trip. The laction is very strategic in which next to the highway. Facilities are also nearby.
