자쿠지와 수영장 물이 노랗게 변했습니다. 가족용 차량을 운전하는 경우 주차장이 친절하지 않았습니다. 모퉁이를 돌 수 있는 공간이 매우 제한되어 있기 때문에 매번 오르락내리락하는 것은 엄청난 도전입니다. 전환점 이후에도 주차장 슬롯이 그려져 있습니다. 그러므로 주차장에서는 각별히 주의가 필요합니다. 우리가 오후 10시 40분에 돌아왔을 때 지정된 주차장 슬롯은 다른 차량에 의해 주차되어 있었습니다. 고객센터에 문자보내고 전화했는데 답이없네요. 고객센터는 다음날 오전 9시에야 답변을 받았습니다. 건물이 아주 새 건물이라 복도는 모래가 매우 많았습니다. 거실 바닥도 마찬가지입니다. 체크인할 때 열쇠가 우편함에 없었습니다. 따라서 감독자가 올 때까지 기다려야 합니다. 아래층에는 모스크 1개와 병원 2개가 있습니다. 숙소에서 보이는 산의 경치는 꽤 좋았습니다. 장치는 멋지게 장식되었습니다. 거실이 모래로 덮여 있었기 때문에 방에 들어가기 전에 발을 깨끗이 씻어야 합니다. 집에는 필요한 편의 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있었습니다. 집에 헤어드라이어가 없고, 화장실에 옷을 걸 수 있는 고리도 없습니다.

매우 즐거운 숙박이었습니다. 방이 2개나 있어서 엄청 크네요. 매우 깨끗합니다. 체크인과 체크아웃이 쉽습니다. 상점들로 둘러싸여 있으며 마을에 있습니다. 인피니티 수영장이 있어서 정말 좋습니다. 특히 가족과 함께 오는 여행자들에게 이 호텔을 추천합니다.

1) 체크인을 하고 이전 여행자의 쓰레기가 싱크대 밑으로 치워지지 않은 것을 발견하자 개미들이 환영해주었습니다. 2) 집에 음식을 가져오지 않았음에도 불구하고 침대에도 개미가 있다는 것을 알게 되었습니다. 3) 우리가 몇 가지 문제를 나열한 후에 직원은 더 이상 우리에게 응답하지 않았습니다. 4) 변기 세면대가 제대로 청소되지 않았으며 욕실에 옷걸이가 없습니다.

전반적으로 경험은 괜찮았습니다. 아파트는 좋았지만 조금 작았습니다. 아파트 전체에 화장실이 1개밖에 없었는데, 명시적으로 언급해야 할 것 같아요. 또한 호스트는 여러 번의 요청에도 불구하고 1~2시간까지 이른 체크인을 고려하지 않았으며, 숙소에는 게스트/방문자가 한 명도 머물지 않았습니다. 어쩌면 우리가 여행에 시간을 낭비하지 않도록 직접 거절했을 수도 있었을 것입니다.

It is not close to a mall but if U like indian food there is a perlita franchise for indian food. There is a few other restaurants but a bit further to walk. Don't book 2 bedroom the 3 bedroom were much better. I had to pay extra for upgrade after I got 2 bedrooms because it was 2 cosy for 5 ppl. Also the hot water was not hot enough.

Stay here for 4 days with family. Very recommended! Semua facilities pun baik. Service okayy cuma haritu ada problem sikit then owner bagi new room 🥰 harga pun murah!

A perfect stay at an affordable price. The unit was clean, well-designed, and fully equipped, and the apartment facilities were excellent—spacious pool, clean surroundings, a gym, and a ping-pong area with a beautiful view of Perak city. The location was ideal, close to great food, shopping centres, and attractions in Ipoh. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return on my next visit to Ipoh.

It was really superb to stay here and I will definitely will come here again.

(Unit 6-13) I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment. The sofa and dining chairs had noticeable dirt, and the toilet and kitchen appeared yellowish. I also felt uncomfortable using the kettle and ended up purchasing water from 7-Eleven instead. Additionally, I noticed that our unit was on the same floor as the children’s playground, which is connected by a fence. However, the fence does not have a lock, allowing anyone from the playground to easily access our unit and anyone can see from outside if the living room curtains are left open. Furthermore, the sliding door lock was broken, making it easy for someone to enter from the playground. Although a technician came to address the issue, I still felt uneasy since the screw was loose, and for an expert thief, this kind of sliding door is quite easy to open. I checked in around 8 PM after a long day of traveling, and it was frustrating to deal with these issues upon arrival. Resolving the sliding door problem took about an hour, which added to my stress. I believe it would be beneficial for owners to check these aspects before guests arrive. Unfortunately, my experience did not align with the expectations set by the photos. Despite I opting for a higher-priced for Muji unit for a better experience, but I found it lacking. Regrettably, I will not recommend this unit to my friends based on my stay. PS : You cannot lock the door or you will be penalised RM100. You may refer photo for more info.

(Unit 18-15) by Iconique Homestay. Unfortunately, I found the cleanliness of the property was quite unacceptable. The sofa and dining chair were dirty, making me hesitant to use them. Additionally, I was uncomfortable using the kettle for boiling water and ended up purchasing water from 7-Eleven instead. I also inquired the possibility of checking in at 2pm, but was informed there would be a charge of rm100 per hour. In my past travels, many owners allowed early check-ins of 30 mins to an hour if the rooms were ready. Check in code was sent to me at 2.59pm. I feel that more flexibility would enhance the guest experience. I have attached one of the rules/check in guidelines due to I feel weird that their door provided a lock but we can't lock it or you will be penalise rm100. Owner mentioned this is a digital lock and it will auto lock. Then what's the purpose of the lock that installed?I can't lock the door and at the same time it doesn't have security room door lock too. I don't know how safe is the digital lock. I have attached others hotel/Airbnb lock(black colour door lock) which is more convenience and worries free to use/stay. I requested for tape the lock in case I forgot and lock it, and owner did tape the lock. Not recommended for those that their kids like to play around in case they lock the door and you have to pay additional rm100 or more for your trip.

Good location and nearby city area.

I am not sure if it’s because the online customer service doesn’t speak very well English, but I felt they were a bit rude. Very good location, beddings didn’t even wash, a lot of hair under the blankets.

2 rooms, 4 pax, 1 toilet. Toothbrush, toothpaste not provided, bring your own. Shampoo provided feels the same as the body wash which ends up leaving the hair extra dry. Bring your own toiletries if you’re staying here! Location wise is good, easy to get a grab around. There’s a nearby ecosave that you can get water and snacks from. It’s also the only building that stands out at its location, being at a height of 20+ stories? Attached the view from the apartment! Very easy to contact the owner and easy to find the mailbox to get the key cards out. Didn’t explore the facilities like the swimming pool etc cos no time. Wouldn’t mind staying there again!
