아갈리아 럭셔리 스위트(Agalia Luxury Suites)

My husband and I stayed here for the mid portion of our honeymoon. The service was incredible! We were able to set up a transfer from the ferry port to the hotel before we arrived and it was a quick ride to the hotel. The manager and Christianna were ready to greet us when we arrived and they were absolutely wonderful our entire stay. Harris, the driver was also awesome. And Panos the bartender makes some fresh unique drinks that we really enjoyed. Our suite had a private pool and the room was beautiful with tall ceilings and a soaking tub. When we had dinner at the restaurant the first night, the staff surprised us and decorated our room with rose petals and left champagne for our honeymoon. We rented an ATV and explored the island one day which the hotel helped us set up. To mention, this hotel has more venues that you receive discounts for and they are absolutely worth visiting! This was our favorite place to stay purely due to how genuine and thoughtful the staff are.

I wanted to stay at calilo but the days I was going it was completely booked so came here. It was still a beautiful escape very friendly staff. Same owner as calilo so a lot of similarities. Panos and David went above and beyond to make my stay there memorable. Best service and a passion for what they do. Also have to thank the hotel and the driver I forget his name because I missed my ferry and they went above and beyond to get me to my destination ended up having to book a private boat to Santorini but they made all the arrangements for me and allowed me to stay at the hotel even after I checked out waiting for my boat. Paradise, tranquility, style, luxury, peace and relaxation. Friendly and extremely accommodating staff. The Agalia truly lives up to its name and “hugs” you and welcomes you into their vibe. We spent 7 wonderful nights and were lucky enough to have a suite with a private pool, which enhanced our stay even more. Thank you Agalia for ticking all our boxes and giving us a holiday to remember. We felt spoilt.

T and I spent four nights at Hotel Hotel Agalia prior to 7 nights at Calilo (sister hotel). Excellent service, great room, good food, 15 minute walk to Chora and beach (in opposite direction!). Recommended!

Impeccably clean suite, so spacy rooms, you really feel like king and queen. Plenty of view, to the west and to the east. You cannot really choose, sunrise or sunset! The food at the restaurant was also very good!

This July was our first time in IOS Greece. My husband and I are so in love with this island! Agalia Luxury Hotel truly met, and exceded, our expectations. Since our arrival, the staff was welcoming, courteous, and helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious, with great views. Every morning, the breakfast bar rotated to a new delicious theme. My husband and I spent a lot of time relaxing in the cabana beds by the pool before enjoying a cocktail or eating dinner. On a related note, the mellow Koumbara beach is walking distance from Agalia. One of our favorite accommodations was the complimentary transportation to and from other restaurants and bars under the same membership group. Don’t forget to mention you are staying at Agalia, you will get discounts. When we wanted a change of scenery, our concierge recommended we check out the sunset views at Pathos. WE WERE BLOWN AWAY. We ate an exquisite dinner while mesmerizing the sunset and then danced the night away. On our final evening, Agalia personnel invited us to Free Beach Bar where we received complimentary bachata dance lessons. All and all we give this hotel 5 stars! Thank you Zoe, Akiss, and staff for making our stay so special! We shall return!

The hotel is veey very good, well maintained and with very comfortable premises. Much attention to details, that allow us an unforgettable experience. But what I would like to highlight above it all is the staff, their kindness and capability to antecipate everything for us to feel good all the time. From the kindness of Jo, who was always checking if everything was ok, as well as her mom 😊 to Elias who is great at operations management, but also Maria and Kevin at the breakfast and pool always taking such good care of us, and finally Jaris who was an amazing driver and very worried about our comfort. Dont want to disregard other employees but these were the ones that caught my attention. We travelled with kids and they made our life muxh easier. Even helped us finding powder milk to our child when ours ended. Thank you very much for your kindness!

Our stay here was nothing short of perfect. The staff was insanely friendly and found any way to serve us. Excellent room with amazing balcony. The artwork was very cool and peaceful. Great food (breakfast buffet was 10/10), beautiful pool, we left happy.

A lot has been written about the location, the quirky design and in essence also about the owner family’s philosophy of preserving the natural beauty of IOS and sustainability Not wanting to repeat that I just want to say that our room (16) looked like something out of an artists dream with extremely high levels of craftsmanship and Individuality the pics are online you like it or not, minimalist its not but I loved the little quirks like the colours the oversized chairs which make you feel almost like a child again, the colours, the flying bed… On top of this is that everything is the highest quality (guy Laroche towels, slippers, natural olive amenities….) and the room and terrace is mahoosive What I want to write more about is the staff and their attitude- all super friendly, all in a good mood starting with the welcome menu- I cannot remember a hotel where I had as many contact points before I was even here Front of House manager Elias Raptis leads a multinational team of young people who do not just go the extra mile, they want to do it That the hotel is a career opportunity for people reflects high on the values of the owners and is reflected that many ex staff of the hotel manage to find training and opportunities elsewhere on the island they can use (the story of the excellent Ithaka restaurant for example) FandB, especially the breakfast is excellent room service has a very good small choice of local and a few international dishes What’s not to like- for me nothing, some travellers may miss a big restaurant with all the classic offers a massive bar a telephone book sized wine list- the real luxury here is concentration on the important- take a luxury hotel and remove all the pretention and things you don’t use often and there you have hit a memorable venue with top service
