Beautiful renovated 4 bedroom two bath home located in the Western UP of Michigan. Very large private yard, plowed in the winter for trailers to easily pull in and out. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. You'll only be a few miles from snowmobile trails, ski hills, Lake Superior and other area attractions including hunting, fishing, UTV/ATV riding, taking in the 4 seasons, Copper Peak, local falls, rivers, the Iron Belle Trail system, and many more gems. Plenty of parking for boats, snowmobiles, ATVs, trailers. Come stay and play in the scenic northwoods! Nice big private yard, very well maintained. Recently added horse shoe pits and propane grill. No need to turn trailers around, just pull right on through!We’re minutes from Blackjack and Indianhead Mountain for boarding and downhill skiing variety.For your Big Powderhorn Mountain experiences, you can WALK up Powderhorn Road to Lift #1 (about 1200 ft), drive, or you can take the shuttle during snow season to the Gun Barrel Lodge or any of the other bars/restaurants in the Mountain area.You have ride in/ride out access (leave your trailers in our driveway) to SNOWMOBILE & ATV TRAIL # 2.Cross-country skiers can pole across the road for local Nordic trails and are in close proximity to the 26 Km Wolverine Nordic Cross Country Ski & Mountain Bike Trails.Waldhein is a two-level chalet with front decks on the main and upper levels.
