We stayed for 5 nights in the 1 bedroom apartment. It was my husband and I and our 17 year old son, who slept on the pull-out bed in the living room. The apartment was furnished with everything you would need. We cooked breakfast most mornings. There was a nice small balcony to sit out on and enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Check-in was very easy with a key pad entry. The hosts were helpful with any questions we had. The location is a 10 minute walk to old town. While there is a bus stop right outside the apartment (bus every 10 minutes), we usually walked to old town. It is an uphill walk from old town to the apartment. The bus that stops in front of the apartment also takes you up to Nordkette. The buses were all free within Innsbruck with the Welcome Card that we received from Riedz Apartments (although no bus driver ever checked the cards). There is a grocery store only a 3 minute walk from the apartment (closes at 6pm). The only thing that we missed in the apartment was a microwave. While it's not necessary, it would have been nice to have for reheating leftovers from going out to dinner. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet except for the church next door whose bells rang every 15 minutes from about 6am to 10pm. You kind of get used to it. But I'm not sure there is any place in Innsbruck that you wouldn't hear bells tolling all day. All in all, we would highly recommend the apartment.

Nice apartment but customer service was an issue for us. A few things were not handled well by the owners. The location is great, church outside it pretty and the neighbourhood is central but quiet. The curtains in the rooms don’t pull all the way over the windows which annoyed me at night. The apartment did appear clean but we found a big sticky spillage under the bed when I lost an earring in the bedroom. We also found for a longer stay that the level of comfort was not sufficient so we were a little bit disappointed.

We stayed for a week at the older apartment across from the main block.Excellent stay,apartment was fabulous with all you needed for a self catering stay.It was very roomy with a lovely big balcony with views of the Nordkette mountain range.Hosts were very friendly and the apartment itself had lots of information provided in it for local tourist attractions etc. Ideal location with bus stops close by,as well as a bakery and a supermarket very close walking distance. The old town itself was only a 10-15 minute walk away too. Real home from home feel ,typically Tyrollean.Ideal base for those,like us,who love outdoor mountain activities. Public transport so accessible . Highly recommend

We have stayed in Innsbruck a few times (our son is currently living there). This was our first time using Riedz apartments and we will definitely look to book here for our next visit. Fabulous location. 8 minute walk into the old town and the same in the other direction for mountain walks. A bus stop a 30 second walk and a supermarket near enough next door. Sabine and Martin were on hand to help and couldn’t have been more efficient and helpful. The apartment was lovely, clean and was finished to a high standard real. Everything we needed was there. Really couldn’t fault it.

Excellent! The apartment was clean, comfortable with beautiful views on the snow mountains. Parking place near the building. 10 minutes walk to city center. The host was very friendly and pleasant. Thanks 😊 I can recommend this apartment for resting.

Wir waren im wundervollen und hochwertig ausgestatteten Apartment Zwerggartl, das mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet ist. Es ist alles vorhanden – vom Extra-Kissen über eine mit Bohnen gefüllte Kaffeemaschine bis hin zur Parmesanreibe. Was uns besonders aufgefallen ist: Sehr freundlicher und flexibler Kontakt im Vorfeld. Ein Parkplatz, der zu unserem Apartment gehörte. Die kurzen Wege ins Zentrum und zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Eine tolle Regenwalddusche. Ein megabequemes Bett. Eine eigene Heizung für Skischuhe. Ein unkompliziertes, automatisches Check-in-System. Ein Automat im Eingangsbereich mit Snacks und Getränken für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch. Viele aktuelle Flyer mit Informationen zu Events und Locations in und um Innsbruck. Ein guter Preis, vor allem dafür, dass wir das Apartment über Silvester gemietet haben. Die Perfektion wäre ein Blick auf die Berge gewesen – den hatten wir in unserer Wohnung leider nicht. Aber irgendetwas ist ja immer. Dafür hatten wir jedoch einen eigenen kleinen privaten Vorgarten (Zwerggartl). Wir können die Gastgeber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
