Had a comfortable and happy stay. We liked the food breakfast room bed, staff are good. Very convenient place to reach out. It is at the main road near vijay nagar. Thanks to hotel staff for great service.

it was a good hotel,,,,, I stayed and enjoyed a lot.... I came for a visit.... polite and helpful staff they helped me a lot.......location was awesome.... I wish to visit here again.... I am planning to come here again in December .... Loved this place

One of the worst hotels in Indore. I wish there was a negative rating option. The whole property needs a major revamp. I booked this hotel through Treebo basis on the good reviews. I drove a full day from Pune to Indore and wanted to take rest but I was disgusted when I checked into this hotel. The rooms are so dirty and nasty that I had to change the room two times and still their best room was like a prison cell. The bathroom was awful like a railway station public toilet. The handwash and bodywash were diluted with 80% water. There was a gutkha spitting near the bed on head side. Their intercom phone was filled with dust. Kindly check the attached photos as evidence which proves that all the positive reviews are paid one. Kudos to the Treebo customer care team who shifted my booking immediately to another nearby good property. The property ***ager of Royal Empire "Vishal" is a local Gunda. He does not understand anything about the hospitality industry. The hotel owner should fire him immediately. He never accepted that his property is in very bad shape, moreover, he threatened me to leave the hotel as I have complained to Treebo about his property. He was shouting at me. This is the way they threat their guests. Whoever is reading this review, kindly do not get fooled by the paid reviews and avoid this hotel at any cost, better to stay in some ********* but not here.

My stay at hotel treebo trend royal empire was great . Hotel is pretty clean,good amenities, rooms are well done with good linen, tea kit & kettle etc. check in and check out is handled quickly and efficiently.The servicing/staff people everywhere within hotel were very nice and polite.
