매우 비윤리적인 호텔입니다. 그들은 마지막 순간에도 아무 말 없이 예약을 취소합니다. 사실 이런 브랜드에서 기대하는 바는 아니지만 제 경험은 끔찍했습니다. 저는 두 달 전에 호텔을 예약했습니다. 제가 체크인해야 하는 날, 호텔 근처에 콘서트가 있어서 그들은 훨씬 더 높은 가격에 객실을 판매하고 싶어서 예약을 존중하기로 등록했습니다.

I do not think it should be a 5 star, barely a 4 star in my experience. The hotel do not posses basic 5 start capabilities, though its clean but very compact.

The location was around 45 minutes from the airport, not to far not to near, but the overall experience was amazing with good service and excellent food. Particularly they have mastered the continental food without being tasteless. The steamed fish is one thing which stood out which I found disgusting everywhere including other five star hotels across India except here which tasted quite good.
