We were travelling with our infant who is 8 months old and the cabin took 12 hours to finally get up to 23 degrees from 15 degrees which is completely unacceptable, especially when travelling with a baby. We were told by the front desk that it would take 30 minutes to heat up to the 2nd level. I tried calling the front desk multiple times between 10-11pm, and there was no answer. We were told someone would be at the desk until 11, but it’s clear they took off at 10.
