호텔 데 베르제(Hotel des Berges, Restaurant Gastronomique & Spa)

ホテルのホスピタリティ、庭で頂く朝食は最高です。広い庭とゆとりのあるスペース。スタッフも最高にフレンドリーです。 レストランもスペシャリティのフォアグラテリーヌをはじめ最高でした。ハーフポーションのリクエストも快く受け入れてくれました。やはり高級レストランはゲストに寄り添ってくれます。四つ星にしたのは頼んでくれたエイブラハムのタクシー料金に納得がゆかなかったからです。行きコルマールからホテルまで35€だったのに、ゼルンベルグ往復とホテルからコルマールで120€です。日本人を馬鹿にしてるとしか思えません。 タクシー以外は全て素晴らしいホテルとレストランです。

You never know when choosing a hotel online if it will be what you expect. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we knew we were in the right place. The staff jumped up to greet us and showed us to our room without delay and quickly unloaded our baggage. The room (number 9) was spacious with a nice table and chairs as well as two other chairs to relax in. It is literally the cleanest hotel I have stayed in and I have stayed in many four and five star hotels that were not nearly as well kept. The bathroom was modern and well furnished with all the amenities you would want. Every request was completed within minutes of asking. We never had to wait for anything or call a second time. The first evening we were sitting at table outside near the water and had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Marco, who sat and visited awhile. He is warm and engaging and offered us suggestions on dining and wine tasting. He even personally called and booked us. At his suggestion we made changes to our plans and were glad we did. The breakfast is delicious and served outside on the terrace or garden. We had dinner the last evening at the hotel’s Michelin star restaurant and again it was outstanding. The food was excellent and the entire team who served us were fantastic Throughout our stay we met several of the owner’s family who work there. It was an exceptional stay and we can’t wait to return to this special place again.

What a beautiful hotel! The photos don’t do it justice. Everything was perfect - the staff were excellent, the room was quirky , massive and wonderful, the meal was exceptional at the restaurant which is just over the road …. And the owner (who served us breakfast) was lovely Just Fabulous …. We’ll definitely return

Un havre de paix dans un magnifique parc , avec un hôtel de luxe et des suites splendides modernes et décorées avec goût . La piscine est magnifique, les transats très confortables, spa moderne , tout est réuni pour passer un week-end magique. Le personnel est très pro et d une extrême gentillesse. La cuisine est en accord avec le cadre , le menu harberlin est top avec accord mets vins au top. Merci à Anna et benoit et tout le personnel pour cet excellent moment.

Le style d établissement qui correspond à 200 cents pour cent à nos attentes. Les suites modernes sont magnifiques, épurées. Le jardin est ressourçant, que cette nature est belle. Mon petit Westie est aux anges . La piscine est magnifique, malheureusement trop fraîche en ce début de saison, donc nous reviendrons. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel La rivière est apaisante….. le paradis existe.Le personnel est attentionné et charmant.

I stayed here 3 years ago and just came back for 2 nights . It’s a fabulous hotel with very friendly , helpful staff and some of the best food in the region . It is one of my favorite hotels in France and highly recommended for couples and family Rob , Sydney Australia .

Excellent family run hotel, attentive service, big and friendly rooms, exceptional but very expensive breakfast. There is a spa with good treatments, heated swimming pool and great Michelin starred restaurant. Loved it!

Wir sitzen im ältesten Teil aus dem 18. Jahrhundert. Romeo und Julia geben unserer Suite mit Blick auf die I’ll deren Namen. Wertvolle Unikate an den Wänden, stilsicher konservativ. Schöner könnte ein romantisches Hôtel nicht sein. Seit dem letzten Besuch in 2017 wurde mit Geschmack und sicherer Hand erneuert, ohne die unvergleichliche Atmosphäre zu beschädigen. Es ist ein bisschen beschämend in der heutigen Zeit genießend dürfen, aber auch beglückend. Welch ein wundervoller Platz, welch bezaubernd freundlicher perfekter Service.

This was our second stay at Hotel des Berges, and we loved it again! Terrific friendly staff. Beautiful romantic pastoral location on the River Ill meandering by our deck and the property in general. Very comfortable rooms with the automatic wood louvred shades; excellent breakfast room with a view of the river, which also serves as a bar/cocktails place in the evening. And of course, one doesn’t stay here without dining at the incomporable Augerge d’Ill on the property. One of the great restaurants of the world! We dined there twice on this occasion, and it was simply marvelous both times. We also dined a night in between at the Restaurant a la Truite directly across the quaint bridge over the river, and enjoyed that as well. Illhausern is a short ride from the Rhine where you can easily cross over from the Autobahn, and situated close to the excellent villages of Colmar, Ribeauville, and Riquewehr, in the heart of the Alsace wine country, and only 25 miles south of Strasbourg. In other words, an absolute perfect place to stay while visiting the Marches de Noel, as we did. We look forward to returning! Highly recommend!
