Aydinbey King's Palace & Spa - Ultra All Inclusive

Aile olarak puanına aldanıp gittik gitmez olaydık. Biz giriş yaparken bir aile memnun kalmadığı için 2. Gün çıkmak için mücadele veriyorlardı. Oradan belşiydi aslında. Yemekler vasat, tatlılar direk çöpe atmalık, havuz çok kalabalık şezlong hiç bulamadık. Resepsiyon personeli saygısız. Sadece garson ve barmenler iyi niyetle koşturuyor. Animasyon diye birşey yok sakın beklenti ile gitmeyin gerçekten yok biz 6 gece kaldık birşey görmedik. Bir daha mı asla

Will try to keep it short and will start with positives… •nice pools, kids were very happy and couldn’t get them out of the pool •beach - easy access to nice sandy beach •room cleanliness •airport transfer - organised by hotel, driver was waiting for us even with 45min delay at landing The not so goods… •everyone communicates in German but almost nobody speaks English. Difficult when every conversation is left in the air because nobody understands you in English. •drinks- below average on options and taste. Besides a very limited amount of internationals spirits (average and below average in quality) this hotel only serves local drinks in all parts of the hotel. Never a beer in glass bottle even, poor overall. •food - whilst there is a massive amount of options the overall feeling was of quantity over quality. Won’t even discuss deserts… everything same taste but different colours and shapes. •cats in restaurants - I’m sorry but this is not acceptable. I am an animal lover but scratching cats under tables/chairs is just not acceptable. Some people feeding them, some holding them and some feeling uncomfortable with having them around table during breakfast/lunch/dinner. The overall feeling for the restaurant was that It was of a cheap canteen with too many people fighting for few available tables. We have visited 5* hotels before and this is not 5*. I’d say 4* at best with lots of improvements required on the inside and outside. Based on our experience we can not recommend this hotel as 5* and we will not be returning based on this.

Best family holiday! Very nice location, delicious food, most kindly stuff. I definitaly recommend this hotel. At dinner you can find all kind of food even for kinds also. Free coctails,cafe and drinks all thay. Very good price for this stay. We’ll come back again.

7 nights stay. Clean and nice room (family room). Wonderful and very helpful staff. Close to the well-equipped private beach. I don't agree with some opinions that German tourists are treated better (we are from Poland). Some of the staff know a few phrases in Polish :) Real All Ultra Inclusive :) I definitely recommend Aydinbay King's Palace for everyone who want to spend holidays.

On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and shown to our room. Firstly the rooms are basic normally in 5* you can expect few extras at least robes this is not the case, but the rooms are cleaned well everyday with fresh bedding and towel’s housekeeping lady was lovely. Dining there is lots of food but it’s a variation on the same thing each day it all looks well presented, my issue is that despite emailing the hotel prior to booking to ask about GF options and being assured that they provided a rage of GF dishes I really struggled to find a decent meal at times and on some days nothing. When I asked for some GF pasta I was given some sort of Turkish cake then eventually a bowl of pasta with some watered down tomato sauce so clearly no GF options. It was a task to even get GF bread when it came it was dry and falling apart. We did have a lovely meal in the ottoman restaurant with a lovely waiter looking after us. Pool lovely and refreshing and we always got sun beds and parasols but as with everyone else you have to get out early. The major issue around the pool areas it was extremely slippery so be warned. The beach area is nice the sea beautiful, the gardens are well maintained. Animation team activities not great no variety and the one with the paddle board is dangerous As Brits we didn’t find this a very inclusive hotel particularly as it is mainly caters for German guests and we were told by the animation team it was a German Hotel/resort, which isn’t very welcoming, so no we won’t be returning. In my opinion this is not a 5* hotel it needs to look at the food options and standard of rooms together with inclusivity

It was our first family trip to Turkey and we were booked into the Aydinbey Kings Palace in Side for a 10 day holiday with my husband and 2 daughters who are in their 20’s. The hotel was right on the beach and had a lovely mix of A la carte and buffet restaurants, catering for a wide range of tastes. The staff at the hotel were all fantastic - from the waiters/waitresses to the cleaners etc they couldn’t do enough for us. I want to make a special shout out however to the animation team, in particular to Cesur, Jesus and Mesut and the animation team manager who went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic holiday. They were on the go from early morning offering aqua fit, darts, volleyball and pool games etc to dancing with the guests in the evening at the beach bar late into the evening. They would also come and have a chat with us each day. Most of the guests at the hotel were from Germany and as we were the only guests from Scotland I was very impressed that the animation team always gave us a shout out at the evening entertainment. Thank you so much for making us so welcome and creating very happy memories. Other reviews from the UK have complained about the mostly German guests but I want to reassure people that all the guests we met were lovely and couldn’t have been more welcoming. Hopefully we will be back again soon.
