Can be better, reception very unfriendly. Price for this hotel even in low season is to expensive. I think it’s worth €30 maximum

Önce kliması çalışmayan masası yapış yapış olan ve tv kumandası çalışmayan bir odaya verdiler zorla odamızı değiştiler.Odalar eskiydi.Menü kısıtlı Yemekler kötüydü üstelik çoğu zaman aynı yemekler çıkıyordu. Otelde elektrik kesildiğine ilk defa şahit oluyorum.Uzun süreli asansör beklemeler. Plaja transfer konusunda mağdur ettiler aracın biri bozuk diğeri de şarj oluyor gibi ilginç dönüşler oldu. Bence çalışanlar da mutsuz ve özentisizdi.Tam anlamıyla beklenti hususunda yaşadığım en kötü tecrübeydi.Negatif anlamda unutmayacağım kötü bir anı olarak kalacak. Verdiğimiz paranın kesinlikle karşılığı olmayan kalitesiz bir otel ve hizmet!

Ein schönes, gepflegtes AI Hotel für Familien, Pärchen oder auch für einen schönen Urlaub alleine. Egal zu welcher Jahreszeit, das Hotel ist empfehlenswert. Leider kann man es nicht allen recht machen. Wir kommen bald wieder hin.

The hotel was truly five stars. The staff was very helpful everywhere we went. Erkan the spa manager booked our massage as we went twice during the week and can confidently recommend Elisabeth, who did miracles with my back. The bar makes delicious cocktail, and the restaurant have a lot of choice. The patisserie is the place to go in the afternoon for coffee and cakes and if you went a savoury snack, you can have pizza by the pool. The room was cleaned daily, and the minibar was replenished too with water and juice. The entertainment team is also doing a great job to keep the guest entertained and every night there is some live music. Would love to go back as the location is great for shopping and for the beach. The only minus was the noise and dust coming from the hotel demolition next door which affected our sleep on few occasions.

Me and my partner stayed at the Castival Hotel for 1 week at the end of Oct. Wow!! What a stunning hotel. I can't find a bad word to say about it. The food was lovely, with a great choice that caters for everone. The room was very nice, clean and comfy. The Staff were very friendly, welcoming and made our stay all the better. The beach and beach bar was great aswell, 5 min walk away. ... Or with a buggy that takes you if you didn't fancy the short walk. Lots of water sports and a beautiful fine sandy beach with deck chairs and canopys. Right outside the hotel you have a shopping mall and loads of shops, bars and restaurants. I would also highly recommend the ancient ruins at Side only 15mins local bus away which cost €1. The weather was around 26-30° in the day and about 16° in the evening. One of the most friendly hotels we have ever been and super clean, staff very attentive, great entertainment and fantastic food, beds are comfy and spacious bedding and towels changed daily. Spacious room. Bars were superb and drinks came easily and often

Very beautiful hotel, good service, very friendly personal. Very pleasant atmosphere. Good cleaning room services. Many offers to do something, like going clubbing or Baggy driving. The food is mostly great but Spices misses sometimes, but you can do that on you own Muattar: Gäste Betreuer

Amazing stay at Castival, the animation team are really welcoming, lots of activities to do during the day, yoga, aqua gym, Zumba etc. Nurella was very friendly and made me feel welcome. The nighttime entertainment was excellent lots of variety for eveyone and they put lots of effort into the set up, live music, DJ performance, dancing, motorbike show.

Avoid at the moment the hotel next door is getting pulled to the ground.The noise of three diggers means you can not sit out . They were giving out dust masks at hotel . I complained to EasyJet holidays who did not want to know refused to change hotel . It was EasyJet s fault I should have been told to give me the choice to change or get my money back . I notice they have no stopped using this hotel since I complained

Excellent hotel and staff! Amazing food and rooms! Excellent customer service! I will definitely be returning. The view outside the room and the food here has many options. I highly recommend this place to anyone especially families!!!!
