Very bad experience We arrived at the hotel at 9.30 pm on 22.08.2023 and received the room at 02 am on 23.08.2023.The staff at the front desk on that day very rude and inexperienced. After they asked for our passports, they laughingly told us that they don't have a room for us and they have problems with the plumbing.We contacted the company i made the reservation and the hotel said that I refused the room. They are lied.We don’t have access to the internet until we get to the room.I spent lots of money on the phone to contact the company we have booked the holiday.Nobody offer water or food.I ask for food and I was told dinner is finished and maybe some soup if we want but that’s all nobody brings anything so we don’t have food no water until after midnight new staff come in and we were able to speak with them in English this gentleman was very kind and helpful he apologised for inconvenience and tell us we need to we wait 1 hour for the customers to leave and we receive that room he offered water and coffee really polite guys.Thank you night staff.The food is not great,we did not starve but was not enjoyable. They don’t have fresh Turkish food.Onion ring’s every meal on display if you love it.All meat frozen.Staff not smiling and rightfully so, their boss walked defiantly among the tables. The list is long, but I definitely do not recommend this hotel. Never again. Stay away from this hotel.

The staff working at the beach area, at the restaurant, even the so called animation team are great. The food is good. Cleaning is average. They do clean the rooms everyday, but not very well... The biggest problem is the BILL COSBY BAR nearby. If your room is at the street side... You're.... Unlucky. The lady at the reception is very rude. I asked her to call the police. She said she won't call then she said she doesn't speak english. În my opinion, she was either scared of the owners at the bar, or she has other benefits. This pill with "i don't speak english".... You work în turism and you don't speak the main world wide language? Drop it! Go do the dishes then. As a conclusion.. This is not a hotel for families with kids that need rest! By the way, the management is aware of this music problem and all the complains online, but they just don't care!

This is a 2-3* hotel at best. Slightly better than travelodge. Aircon only working in the lobby and the rest of the hotel was really hot. We managed with the aircon in the room just. Shower hook was broken. Water filled up daily. Breakfast was poor. As other reviews, it was cheese, kids cereals and not much else. We ate lunch on the beach which as o.k on certain days. All the same pretty much. Lady who makes the savoury pancakes every day was great. They ran out of beer on a couple of days and the soft drinks machine broke down. Saw turtles from the bridge, so good place to swim. Changing and showers very basic. Shower barely working. Guests were mainly German, but the whole of Side is catered for Germans who have migrated from the French and Italian riviera. All the shop keepers speak to you in German. Bargain hard..don't be afraid to offend... Couple of mins on the golf buggy, which was fine. Dinner was the same pretty much every night and very average on most days. Staff were fine with us, but you could sense most were not into it. Good location for travel. Buses are wonderful. Just outside the door and arrive in a couple of minutes. 25TL to Side and Manavgat. Did the mixed tour which was well worthwhile. Side at night was just too busy. Would not return to this hotel, but if you are on a tight budget and out of mid summer, it could be o.k. take nibbles to the airport on return as they charge a fortune. 13Euro for a burger and 8 Euro for crisps. Luckily we did.

Stayed here end of September 2023. Shocking treatment by the staff. Hotel is lovely but we arrived at 10pm to be told our rooms weren’t ready (traveling with a 16 month old from Scotland) and told to come back at 1am, annoyingly we agreed and went over the road to Bill cosbys for something to eat until our rooms to be ready. When we came back at 1am we were told the rooms wouldn’t be ready until 2.30…understandably we were furious as my daughter at this point was exhausted. We didn’t get a room until 2.40am and the second room wasn’t even ready for the rest of our party until 7am. It was absolutely ridiculous the way we were treated especially travelling with a young child. They clearly are overbooking rooms and chancing their luck. If you do go to this hotel I highly recommend documenting and taking photos of proof as they will deny it happening when you return. Once I booked the hotel I was reading all these bad reviews and it was putting me off however when I got there I realised what everyone was talking about. The hotel is nice don’t get me wrong but some of the day staff are horrible. Once we arrived at 10pm we had 2 Rooms booked. They said they only have one room available for us and how they’ll have the second room available by 1am? After we’ve come back from a long flight they told us they don’t have a room available for us !! We came back at 1am to the receptionist and asked for the second room the night staff seemed really confused as if he had no clue cuz the day staff didn’t tell him. There was also 2 other families that came back who we was at 1am still waiting for a room it was so sad. So eventually we all slept in one room the second day they gave us the 2 rooms we asked for. A waste of one night. They put loads of beds one room when we paid for 2 rooms for the night.

Stayed at the hotel end of September for 1 week with 3 adults overall hotel is ok. Was clean, good location lots of shops, bars and restaurants around. 10 min walk to the beach but provide a bus service through out the day. Staff friendly but English not very good. Most of the guest was German which wasn’t a problem. Food was ok overall. Had a problem with our shower which took them a day and 1/2 sort out after I had to complain on a number of occasions. There is a bar across the street called bill Crosby which didn’t stop playing music until 2am every day which was a problem was very loud at night to avoid this ask for a pool side room. This hotel is not. 5* hotel would rate this as a 3*.

a very good stay for the right price. the food was good and varied, spacious room, kind staff, good beach, good position, transfer to the beach, room cleaning daily. across the road is the bill cosby restaurant that operates between 11pm and 5am with the music at full blast and it's impossible to sleep, I changed the room but in vain. measures should be taken with that restaurant.
