Wonderful property to visit. Room balcony gave a scenic beauty 🤩 so refreshing to see it again and again. Hotel staff was courteous and helping. Food was good. Hotel team takes efforts to keep the guests happy, conduct daily events, this helps to connect with new friends and family. Overall a great experience.

We were treated with good hospitality on our arrival in Karma Munnar. It takes around 45 mins to reach the resort from Munnar town. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Food is excellent and the spa treatment can be availed at 25% discount at broad bean which is a kilometer away. Overall the staff including Jinu, Alfas and Jyothi were friendly and we had a memorable stay. We would like to explore more resorts and what Karma has to offer. Place was well decorated as it was 30th anniversary celebrations on Dec 3. We missed the special dinner though. All the best and keep up the good work

Loved the stay and hospitality here. Amazing service by the staff. Especially Mr Jinu, Mr Wangsa,Mr Jithin. Delicious food in the restaurant. Amazing activities and atmosphere created by Mr Mahendra as well. Looking forward to meeting them again and experiencing the same.

Firstly I would like to mention that the location of Karma Munnar is fantastic, as we look up from the balcony we see the huge green mountains all around and looking down we discover wonderful water stream flowing through rocks, making very pleasing sound, all day long. The Karma staff made our visit more joyful, comfortable and complete in all respect. Their precise personal guidance for daily visits around was truly valuable. The food at Karma restaurant was excellent with Swift room service, so there was no room for any complaints. Here, I would also like to mention the name of Mr. Mahendran who really cared for us for the whole week at Karma and ensured our safety while daily site visits around, explaining do's and don'ts personally, as we were using self driven rented SUV. Special thanks to him for making our trip so joyful.

Very lovely stay. Mahendran was a wonderful host and made the stay comfortable and homely. He is also a local from Munnar. So if you need any advice on sights to see, things to do, or about Munnar in general, I'd ask him. As for the resort, I'd advice visitors visiting in the next 5 months after I Post the review not to go with a car with low ground clearance as there is road work around the hotel. The hotel itself is very home like and comfy. It's situated on the side of a valley with a river below it, and it gives you some of the most scenic views from the rooms. The food in the restaurant is very delicious (I recommend the Nasi Goreng and the Spaghetti with white sauce). The facilities in the hotel are also up to the mark with a PS5 to keep teens busy and 24/7 hot water, although the pool gets a little chilly. Other than that it is a wonderful hotel. Karma members, I would strongly recommend this resort as it is one of the best resorts that Karma has to offer.

Wonderful experience with karma staff are very helpful specially evening activities taken by Mr.Mahendren was enjoyable properly location good but compare to other property of karma this property very small no gym, garden & walking area.

Our first floor room was clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. Our balcony afforded us spectacular views of the surrounding mountain scenery and the river below. The resort staff were helpful, courteous and friendly. We were fortunate that our stay coincided with special 30th anniversary celebrations of the Karma group. The restaurant food was consistently of a good standard. The resort is in a rather isolated location, but it's easy to arrange the 30 minute ride into Munnar town. The resort offered several sightseeing tours of the area, which included breathtaking mountain scenery, tea plantations, national parks, museums, waterfalls etc.
