Dream Coconut Villa Resort

Great location, stunning views, lovely cottages - they're large and spacious, good food and excellent service by staff who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Only thing to note is that the deluxe cottages need a fair bit of climbing as the resort is on a slope, so suitable for youngsters and not older people as it can be a tad exhausting. But overall, 100% recommended!

Pros: 1) Great view from hotel. 2) room is clean and big. Toiletry are given and 24 hr hot water. 3) staffs are polite, helpful. Food/water are delivered in room if you ask. 4) Break fast has lot of items but its same all day. 5) Hotel ***agement is very helpful. Due to health issue we didn't able to travel on actually booking date but after discussing with ***ager(Hussan) they accommodated us in future date. Cons 1) Approx.. 15km away from Munnar city. 2) No parking, we need to park our car outside of hotel.

Value for money resort,, personally felt worth for every penny spent,, resort ***ager was very friendly and helpful,,, Rooms are soo spacious and neatly maintained.. Food was delicious.. I felt no room to spot errors... Absolutely fantastic for that price ... Finally location is also good

Pros: 1) Ambience of hotel is peaceful, and greenary, nice view of plants 2) room is spacious 3) staff are very polite, helpful 4) hotel cater for your need immediately Cons 1) rooms are made up of coconut wood. So you can easily hear the conversation and sounds of other rooms. No privacy 2) We have faced language issue. The ***ager doesn't know English properly. And we don't know Malayalam. So found difficulties to explain our needs.. We faced difficulties to find the hotel too coz he was finding difficult explaining the way in English. 3) Away from main market. There no restaurants and shops nearby 4) 15km away from Munnar city. .. 5) hotel has lots of steep steps to reach at the room.

What a wonderful place with spectacular view, one of the best resort I have ever stayed with amazing view. The food was too good, the staff, the owner they r so humble and polite. If u r in munnar then you should surely check this place out. Witness the mesmerizing sunrise n sunset, I bet u will take a lot of good memories with u home back.

What a place. Truly kerala level hospitality. Friendly behavior starting from reception owner, and other staffs. This is one of my best experience in munnar. You can clearly enjoy the nature, chirping of birds, greenery all around. Food was excellent. I opted for breakfast buffet and it was simple and tasty. Rate is absolutely reasonable. I wish I could stay more. If you want to explore munnar ,you should stay at this property for a day atleast. Enjoy the nature at its best, take lot of pictures. And then explore munnar. I planned for 2 days at munnar and I can't express how amazing my stay was. Keep it up guys. Though we are guests at your place ,you treat us like family. That's the kind of hospitality every travel expects. Kudos...keep shining and continue providing the best services

Disappointing. Very poor room service. Pros - Food was tasty. Enjoyed our dinner both days. Specially veg food was very good. Room was clean and specious. Cons - Poor room service. Limited options in breakfast and they kept almost same options both days. Bathroom was having broken equipments, towels weren’t in good condition.
