A hotel to rival all others 1. Sunbed dash to rival supermarket sweep Not enough sun beds to cater for all hotel residents. Hotel policy is: “You must not reserve sunbeds before 08:00 and any towels laid out before 08:00 will be removed and taken to reception.” This is a lie. If you haven’t reserved a bed at 6am, you won’t get one. 2. Feeding times rival the zoo The behaviour of residents at meal times is embarrassing, resembling feral animals whilst waiting for the all inclusive to open. We actually left the site to eat in Icmeler as we were that disgusted by the behaviour. This is supposed to be the more reserved and family oriented of the two Julian hotels in the area. I dread to think what Club Julian (the more lively) is like. 3. WiFi to rival McDonalds 4. Not enough bar staff, queues in the evening rival Alton Towers, minus the thrills Good points: - One or two staff members made the stay bearable - Entertainment team do their best - No complaints with the food (once you’re in)

Absolutely amazing hotel so clean staff friendly my kids loved the yolo team they loved getting up and joining in love the kids club the pool mini disco Food was nice and something for everyone we realy enjoyed our stay keep doing what you do best we are missing you all already and will be back soon ❤️

The hotel was beautiful , food lovely , I was with my 20 year old son Callum with special needs & my mom , the entertainment staff made the holiday for him amazing - they were fantastic Omar & Funky included him and made his holiday one not be forgotten

Just back from a 10 day holiday at Julian Forest SUites. 2nd time at the hotel and have to say it was just as amazing as the first time .we had a 2 bed apartment , very spacious, clean and comfy. Not modern but very clean and everything you need .food/ restaurant was amazing and great selection. Best part was animation team - FUNKY MONKEY- (and his team )he is now manager , such a people person and made the trip amazing for the children and adults ! Such a friendly guy that goes over and above his job role.we were delighted that he was still at the hotel .Thomas at the quiet bar is a gentleman and is very keen to help. My son had a sore throat and arif made him a honey and black pepper drink ! We are definitely looking at booking our next trip to Julian forest suites

The staff here are great, they go above and beyond to make sure everything is ok. There is a wide variety of food, if you didn't fancy the food on one side of the hotel then you can go to the otherside. There is lots of things to do foe the children and adults throughout the day, the entertainment team always made sure that everyone was joining in with the fun. They would go out of there way to get to know each family and talk to you, they are great with the children and go above and beyond to make sure they are happy. There is a kids club that children can attend throughout the day and in the evenings. There are slides for the children to go on which are lots of fun. The entertainment in the evening is fun for all the family, the shows are really good and keep you entertained throughout the night. The best bit is the crazy frog dance, everyone gets involved with this to end the night off. Definitely will come back and recommend to others to come.

We had a great time at this hotel. Entertainment staff are lots of fun and really make this hotel what it is. Bar staff I found a little bit rude, they don’t like it if you take your time ordering your drinks especially if you have a few to order. But if you order at a faster pace they get the drinks wrong 🙄 The rooms are dated and basic, I was sure our bedding and towels smelt of cigarette smoke a few times. When the cleaner came and replaced the towels, they only replaced them with 2 towels leaving us 1 short every time. There is a sign in the hotel stating how much water is used just by washing 1 towel. I’m more than happy to reuse my towel for a number of days, would rather have the right amount and changed after a few days rather than daily and not enough. This also happened to another family we were on holiday with. Bin in the bathroom wasn’t emptied daily - after placing used toilet roll in. And they ration toilet rolls, even in public spaces they were often out of toilet roll. The amount of times we had to ask reception for more was a little bit annoying. This being said, we still had a great time and it wasn’t a big deal, just good to give the hotel some feedback. I just think that these little touches would have made the dated rooms feel a lot less basic. Apparently you’re supposed to be given a wristband on arrival. We wasn’t and we didn’t see many people wearing them. It was on day 5 of our holiday anyone even asked to see ours 🤷‍♀️ we didn’t bother getting one on at this point and no one asked again. We really enjoyed the food here, the snack bar was much better than the main restaurant with choices such as jacket potatoes which is something I personally have never found at an all inc before and the homemade pizzas which were delicious. On our booking it said 1 visit to the a la carte, we asked about this and there was a charge but they rarely opened it up. Slides are only open for 1 hour a day. Dolmus stops right outside and is 30 lira to Marmaris. If you’re looking for a more budget friendly hotel that you can have a good time at with decent food, then this is for you. I feel like I’ve tried to be fair with my feedback, the little ******* I have wouldn’t stop me returning. I hope the hotel do not see this as negative feedback, because it isn’t, just a couple of things I think they can improve on. Thanks for a great holiday.

Funky and his team work so hard to make sure every one is having the best holiday they make sure the entertainment is for both kids and adults they are fantastic and we are now coming back in August 2024. The restaurant staff especially Thomas always made you feel welcome and always made sure your drink was always full and that the food was good. The cleaning off the hotel rooms weren’t the best but they didn’t have enough cleaners for the size off this hotel, the cleaner works so hard to try her best. We never got enough towels left we were a family of 4 and only every got left two bath towels reception should let the cleaners no how many guests are in a room so the right amount off towels could be left. The drinks were effes and local spirits but had cocktails on there offer too, Which was great the lads working at the bar where lovely.

We unfortunately booked their sister hotel Julian Club Hotel (if you want an interesting story to read look at my review). That hotel was a nightmare but this hotel was absolutely stunning! Sadly we only got to spent 3 full days here but we are glad we did! Staff are so friendly especially the gentleman behind reception (didn’t catch his name, curly hair and glasses) he was so lovely and accommodating and always had a smile on his face!!! We only spent time in the quiet pool and it was beautiful, the views where outstanding the entertainment team only comes twice a day to check on you it was bliss (apart from the music, they did play Christmas music in June, but this didn’t ruin anything it made us all laugh). The food was spot on with plenty of choice and all cooked fresh right in-front of you! The hotel is about 15 min bus right to Marmaris or 5 mins to the city centre. It only cost around 30p to get a bus. Bear in mind you do have to flag them down on your way back to the hotel but they run until 2am. Would happily stay here again!!!

i went last year and the hotel was amazing but the entertainment team was good but more for adults then kids but this year the entertainment is amazing and they do so good and make everyones holiday so much better, could name a better entertainment team!! so kind and involve everyone and make everyone feel welcomed into the hotel
