We arrived late in the evening with over one hour of delay but Mariella took great care of us, inquiring how we were doing and helping as much as she could. The rooms were clean and confortable, the breakfast was good and most importantly our host Mariella went out of her way to make sure we would spend the best day in Ica.

Ms Mariella is a great host, she is always asking if you need anything or if everything is all right with your stay even before we arrived she was calling to know if were close to pay attention to doors, also , she followed a protocol to receive us, helping with alcohol to sanitize our clothing before getting into her building . The only point that my group didn’t like was the fact that the reservation included breakfast but the owner told me that they have a policy to not offer breakfast on weekends and holidays; however, she offered us a breakfast making an exception to their main rule only for that opportunity. Also, the check out was earlier than what is announced through *******, it says noon but Ms Mariella said when that it is currently at 11:00 am due to COVID 19 cleaning protocols. This information needs to be updated in ******* since it is misleading because of how it affects future guests plans.

La atención de la señora Mariella 10/10, te orienta, es muy atenta y amable, te hace sentir en casa. El alojamiento es tranquilo, se descansa bien, la ducha tiene agua fría y también caliente. Los desayunos son deliciosos, todo muy casero.

Es un lugar muy acogedor, limpio y bien ubicado, la encargada fue muy diligente en su atención desde brindar la información necesaria y en sus recomendaciones acerca de los lugares y agencias de viajes para tener la mejor experiencia en Ica.

Excelente servicio y muy cálida la atención de la dueña del hospedaje, a demás de que es un lugar acogedor, con espacios para compartir y disfrutar en familia o con amigos, te hace sentir como en casa 💙

El lugar es súper tranquilo y limpio, me sentí segura durante mi estadía, definitivamente regresaré. La atención es súper cordial y amigable, nos brindaron comida, y todo lo necesario para la estadía. Recomendado definitivamente.

Aquí podrás sentirte cómo en casa. El ambiente familiar así como el trato especial que le brinda la Sra. Mariela , hacen que desees volver pronto pronto con familias y amigos. Momentos para nunca olvidar. Excelente trato y limpieza.

Fui a Ica para pasar año nuevo y estar en la Casa de Mamama fue la mejor desición, ambientes amplios y muy limpios, Mariella siempre atenta a todo lo que necesitábamos especialmente con la recomendación de guías y tours.
