Real excellent experience at Hotel Vinas Queirolo, wonderful staff and service. The tours to the Vinedos and museums were amazing !! We made our reservation with view to the vinedos, it was great !! Getting to the hotel was not easy but after all , no complaints !!

I have visited the hotel on several occasions, visits for up to 5 consecutive days! The rooms are comfortable, I prefer those that are further away with a view of the vineyard! Everything is always very clean, the facilities are new and very well designed. It could improve the internet speed for those of us who visit the place on business!

Amazing hotel! Great experience overall, we will totally recommend it. The hotel staff were very friendly and the food incredibly tasty. The vineyard itself was very beautiful. The rooms were also really well equipped and the wines were exquisite.

Wonderful room, we had a great sleep during our stay and a wonderful time at the pools and eating at the restaurants. It was above my expectations ! The service is amazing, everyone is super kind and friendly. The food was delicious, breakfast buffet and a la carte dinner , all wonderful!

Hotel is very nice although somewhat remote. The staff were very attentive and the room was nice. A few things could however be improved. 1. There were no tea / coffee making facilities in the room. 2. In the suite - the jacuzzi is in the sitting area - this should be in the bathroom. 3. In the suite There were no doors between the seating area and the bedroom - this meant that that the bedroom room was too light 4. Breakfast on the second morning was not layed out as a buffet. This meant that we had warm orange juice, bits of fruit that we don’t like and we couldn’t choose our bread

An outstanding relaxing experience. Great location in the middle of a well reputed vineyard, though not easy to access; excellent restaurant; good pool area and well appointed rooms. The staff are superb. The vineyard tours and car museum are a fascinating bonus. The management of children’s access to the main pool would benefit from review with regard to guest and diners privacy - there is a very good and ample sized children’s pool.

We had a very nice stay at Hotel Vinas Queirolo. Our room was very nice with a view of the vineyards. We enjoyed the vineyard tour with pisco and wine tasting and purchased a bottle of the wine to enjoy later that evening. We had a prearranged lunch which was very good with good service from our waiter. The pool and cabana area was extremely nice. We did not swim, but enjoyed having drinks poolside. Though we were there only as a couple, this was a very family friendly place to stay. The grounds within the hotel were beautiful with many areas to explore. We would definitely recommend this hotel if traveling to the area.

This is a FAMILY resort, NOT a quiet place to rest. Pros Nice grounds Good dinner and lunch Cons Nobody speaks English and all menus are in Spanish only This place is very noisy, the entire day they do maintenance works on the grounds: drilling, banging, Cleaning of the rooms starts around 7am and is extremely loud since everything is in concrete The workers in the vineyard walk around with loud speakers since 6am There is huge noise from the nearby Ica starting around 5-6am where loud speakers are used to communicate with workers This is a family resort which means there are many families with multiple children screaming all day until midnight Breakfast is dreadful because it is free no effort is made, there is not even hot tea, frozen bread and scrambled eggs. Hygiene level is low, the waitress uses one cleaning cloth to wipe all plates and spoons Constant noise on the property made it impossible for us to rest. I do NOT recommend it for couples or people seeking peaceful get away.

Fantastic boutique resort in a vineyard. Nestled in the foothills of the Andes, the hotel grounds are spectacular and beautifully maintained . We had a “free day” here, and enjoyed lounging by the pool with a refreshment (and listening to the World Cup rugby on our device 😂) Restaurant meals were amazing, especially the buffet breakfast. It’s a bit out of the way of a major town or conveniences, but for us that wasn’t an issue and added to the charm.
