I made a booking for a "Ground double suite" on December 2nd 2023 against 25th to 28th of Dec . and the receipt was given to us. Surprisingly ,on getting to the hotel with my entire family that 25th Dec .with our loads,we went to the front desk with our receipt to ask for our room key ,They told us that some people are occupying the room. Like seriously, I thought it was a joke,but or wasn't. I felt like crying ,my children have already started crying bcos they didn't want to go back home, since we have already had a plan of celebrating our xmas there.We came with some food stuffs because our supposed room has a kitchen.Though the manager offered us another room which is not like the one we paid for.Thats too bad of them,atleast they should have called us before the time.Thats breach of contract, which we need to be compensated, just that in Nigeria, everything happens .They lack intergrity .So we demanded for a refund,which the manager said that the accountant wasn't on sit.We are still waiting for our refund.They just spoilt our xmas mood.Too bad
