아디탸 홈텔(Aditya Hometel Hyderabad)

I got in at 9:00pm and was waiting 15min to check in. Then they gave a room which was stinking and the AC was not working. I told them the AC was not working and they sent a technician and he said there is some problem with the AC. I asked them to change the room for which they said we don't have rooms. I raised a complaint and checked out at 10:15pm. Now the hotel is not refunding the amount for their mistake. I hardly stayed in the room for 10min only. Such bad is their service. Don't visit this hotel if you are looking for a decent place.

magnificent stay, and all things were in place before checkin. The food was delicious buffet, and variety of dishes. The staff was courteous and no hassles at all. Mineral water was complimentary this time. The only minor thing is newspaper shld be provided in every room.

Excellent nd good service from starting to ending.room serviceing especially Laxmi and pushpa they both are good given serive and exciling communication, they are new in field but good in hospitality and the dressing overall very good service!

Nice to stay hotel with good facilities , dining is good . Housekeeping staff lakshmi is very good in providing care .all the food and facilities are good .it's location is also in prime centre of hyderbad city. I would sure suggest this hotel

Excellent service. House keeping staff Mr ***ohar & Ms Pavany are highly commendable. Stay is very much comfortable. Rooms are neat and clean. Food served in the morning & evening in hygienic conditions. Room are cleaned with almost care. I highly recommend this hotel.

First of all , check-in process is very poor , they took one hour to find my booking which i have done from their own site , sarovar hotels and not a third party one . 2) It is okay for one night stay , room is not very clean . But the location is good , lots of food options are available outside . 3) cheap behaviour from staff , i had a friend to meet before an hour of checking out, they did not object at the entrace , but while checking out , they charged extra 1000 + taxes for the guest visit . ( very very cheap from a 3 star hotel ) 4) very low standard for money . 5) service also very poor , no tissues are available , room service is also delayed 6) they are asking money at the time to checkin , they are tooo desparate . And even at checkout , asking for extra money , the receptionist doesnt know the amount and even if we show the bill , they dont listen , take 10 mins and then agree after a fight . Will never recommend if you want to experience a 3 star ! Just go for one night stay and leave. Instead , aaditya park , which is very near is a lot better and more professional. This hotel doesnt have standard at all .

Good stay with my friends. I am happy with hotel service. Nice reception person given good rooms and good food. Mr nayak ***ager is very friendly. And room was good. I will come next month please keep it up. The hotel is Hart of city. Thank you for your support

I have stayed in this hotel I felt very happy to stay and house keeping staff ***oher and pavani they made my room cleaning good all the best very good to stay in this hotel and also I have planned to stay with my family later in the year and good wishes

A very good stay at the hotel...decent services and well ***nered staff and their behaviour be it the reception, breakfast area or others...the room cleaning dept which includes ***ohar pavani and baavchi had given the best room service. A little bit to be worked upon the air conditioning units.rest the experience was fantastic.
