We have stayed here many times. The staff is always friendly, and helpful with what to see and do while on the Cape. Restaurants and museums are within walking distance. They also have a heated indoor pool along with an outside pool. Breakfast in included! Can't wait until our next visit!

Hotel was quiet, staff were terrific- very helpful and service oriented. Continental breakfast had lots of choices. May not be the fanciest place in Hyannis, but I won’t stay anywhere else going forward.

Nice staff . Place just need little bit renovation, but other than that it’s great location and reasonable and affordable price .

The hotel is excellent but they need to clean the gutters with small trees growing out of them stopping the water from draining.

First time and will definitely be back. Love the option of indoor & outdoor pool. Room was very clean. Great continental breakfast. Every staff we encountered very helpful and most friendly. Stairway to our room (310) needs cleaning and stairs very close together.

Good hotel in Hyannis. Good location to explore Cape Cod. Decent rooms, friendly staff, good value for money.

Overall was a pleasant stay. Had an issue but it was resolved in the end. Next time will make sure upon arrival to thoroughly check the bedding. The room was very clean upon arrival so I didn’t check any further. Would advise anyone do that in anyplace they stay. First night was noisy above us as a bus load of young adults arrived and late at night sounded like running back and forth for a long time. Thankfully second night and third night wasn’t as bad. Or I would have complained. The amenities, shampoo and body lotion was nice and there is free breakfast provided. Can’t say anything about that as we went out to eat. The area is perfect, can walk to shops and restaurants and the value for what we paid is good.

Reception staff is the best !! Helpful, friendly, gave great tips on locations. Rooms are clean and everything you need was provided in the room

The hotel is conveniently located near Main St. where you can walk to the shops and restaurant. The hotel staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. We didn't like where the indoor pool /hot tub was located and that you needed a staff person to let you in to pool area and supervise. I understand that's a Barnstable rule that a staff needs to be present. Overall, we had a nice stay.
