Me and my little one had a great time. Hotel room was spacious and clean, food really tasty always lots of choices, fresh salad station, barbecue every day . My daughter loved mini disco and entertainment. I can definitely recommend. Such a good value

Had amazing deal on this hotel! Really enjoyed the stay! Everyone so nice and polite here. Helpful staff. Dont remember everyone s names but big shout out to Josef in the restaurant he took care of us every single day greeting us with smile and coffee :) big thanks to Fadi for being so great with kids always time to talk and play with them, in the evening entertaining eveyone in shisha bar. Big thank you to everyone from reception, bar at the reception and entertainment team. Weather was amazing as for February. Plenty to see around. Really happy with the stay.

It's not 5 star but the staff in the hotel were all very friendly and polite and the reception area and room were very clean. If you are looking for decent alcohol I would recommend bring some from duty free. The food in the main buffet restaurant was not to our taste and very repetitive, they push a trolley around collecting the empty plates etc which could do with a good clean. There are 3 other restaurants that you can use once each a fish restaurant, international and Italian which were all really nice. I have to give a mention to Ahmed in the Italian restaurant who was particularly attentive and friendly. None of the hotel staff asked for tips but were very grateful when we gave them. Mohammed arranged some nice trips for us and checked in with us daily to make sure we were ok.

The place is so rundown and tired. Rooms are nothing like the pictures. Food is disgusting and only 3 options at best. Do not come here if you have food ALLERGIES or Celiac disease. Pool has algae floating in it and the pool floors are slippy. Flooring around hotel is broken, cracked and dangerous. Staff are all lovely though, they really make the best of a bad job. The beach is deceiving on pictures…. It’s a tiny scruffy bay you can only swim out a few metres. Beach beds are filthy. Blood and weird stains on the walls in rooms. Music very very loud until late. Changes needed: Rooms redoing (painting, tiling) Fresh bedding and curtains in vibrant colours Uneven flooring outside sorting. Better food and more options with clear allergens. Air con kept going on to hot - we turned off on a night as scared of carbon monoxide poisoning. WiFi across resort The gym is a lie it has like 2 cardio machines. Good points - The staff are lovely. For the price isn’t wasn’t worth it. Very very basic and scruffy. We met people on trips who paid same as us and had amazing hotels, Just to add: I’m not a snob I’m council estate and wouldn’t dream of coming back again. Just to reiterate THE STAFF ARE ALL LOVELY! I don’t think the staff could make it better, it’s needs updating, constant Maintenance of grounds and rooms and better food (chefs are lovely they just use what they have). To put into perspective I paid the same price to go to the Dominican Republic and it was so stunning - rooms, food, facilities, gym.

'Outstanding resort where service and Guest satisfaction is great' Absolutely not the case, one or your receptionists is rude! The rooms are filthy the food is shocking! The same every night and tastes awful! The rooms are dirty dust falling from the air vents. The shower leaks and makes the whole bathroom floor wet! Hair in the drain when we arrived! Paint and silicone everywhere! Mirror falling off the wall, metal hooks sticking out the wall. Oh and not to mention the amount of ants we found in our room and in our bed. I would never come back here, absolutely disgusting. This resort needs some serious work before advertising as 'outstanding'

Very good hotel lovely staff would definitely come back rooms were very clean food was nice good entertainment on the night very nice pools the water slider were amazing definitely recommended this hotel to all the people the drinks were also very tasty.

Hotel clean and rooms are good Staff friendliest I've come across on a holiday pools are nice plenty to do around the hotel Entertainment is good something different every night Food is also good with a wide variety to choose from would definitely come back again

This is my second visit this year. Very good service, unbelievably friendly staff and great location. Nothing is too much trouble for the hotel staff. Rahma from the entertainments team makes sure that everyone feels welcome and the rest of the team at the hotel are here to make your stsy memorable.
