Ottima esperienza in questo resort che consiglierei a chiunque : nonostante fossimo una coppia giovane e il resort è anche per famiglie non abbiamo mai avvertito questa cosa e ci siamo potuti rilassare senza alcuno stress! Stanza bellissima e super pulita, vari ristoranti e bar dove si mangia bene( la formula all inclusive è davvero perfetta !), Professionalitá e gentilezza di tutto il personale( davvero grazie dal primo all'ultimo!!), e anche del servizio animazione ( mai invadenti , tutti simpatici e coinvolgenti!!! ). Piscine con idromassaggio, spiaggia con mare super pulito , cosa chiedere di più ? Davvero una piacevolissima scoperta ad hurghada ! Grazie ancora e speriamo a presto !!!

The staff have been very helpful. To name just a few of the staff that made our holiday great. The Lobby Bar, Amr was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Mohamed Ali from the pool bar was most helpful. Mr Mina from the Toucan Bar was very helpful.

So, this is a review of the hotel, but will start with the holiday as a whole.... Flight was ok, easyJet ran out of cards to fill in on the plane, so half the plane got through customs 30 minutes before the other half. The airport itself is a joke, full of angry men barking orders at everyone including women and children. Make sure you take a pen, they WILL NOT lend you one. Transfer there  was a death ride, got told multiple times to wear seatbelts only to find they had been chopped off on most seats. Transfer back was great.  At the hotel check in was fairly smooth, we were a family of 4 with 2 adult children, so 2 rooms. We were shown to our rooms which were superior sea view rooms.... Sadly this wasn't the case. The rooms were a poor standard, old and tired, missing curtains, no batteries in the TV or air con remote controls, cracks in tiles, dirty bedding and pillows. It was however 10pm, so we just went to bed.  We had the lovely guest relations team asked at the pool what we thought of the room the following morning, we told Safy and Mustafa (Who were both excellent) and they offered to move us. We ended up in the main building above the pool in 2 rooms that were next to each other, and much better decorated.  The hotel in general is a real mix... Some parts are nice and look clean and modern, other areas look a bit tired but they are carrying out lots of work to improve this. Food was generally ok, breakfast not so good for us but lunch and evening were fairly good.  The main pool was nice and warm, very busy and noisy... Music pumping out from 10am till 5pm which our daughters loved.  The sales guys around the pool were a bit of a nightmare... You couldn't just have 30 minutes peace without someone disturbing you. Even if you were asleep they would wake you up to try and sell you something.  Beach wasnt the best, could be nice but isn't at the moment. Sand is there one minute gone the next. Boulders and rubble everywhere and the sea wasn't really enticing to swim in. The most annoying thing was that the pool staff were reserving beds for people. this was really unfair, even at 7.30am most the beds were "reserved" by people willing to pay the pool staff. Ironic there is a big sign next to the hut with the pool rules, reserving beds is not allowed. We refused and found them to be very unfriendly, so probably in hindsight just pay them their commission and take the beds.  The Jazz bar was strange, wonderful room and well furnished but no jazz that we ever saw (or heard) and the occasional football game on. I would say better to change it to a sports bar as the downstairs bar already feels more jazz like.  The coffee bar on the ground floor is excellent, open 24 hours a day, great freshly made coffee and a selection of desserts. Staff in there were really friendly.  The entertainment team worked hard and were all great, good fun to talk to and made the trip much better than it would have been without them. Not huge, but a cozy and modern hotel. I liked the staff the most, lovely and extremely pleasant animators, waiters, receptionists, staff at the pool etc. Food is decent, I really liked the pasta counter, and various beef dishes. Pool is big, the water is warm, the music is good and I enjoyed my time in the pool. It should be noted that the beach is nice and clean, but water is shallow, therefore swimmers won't be excited about it, but great for the kids. Also, there is a kite station for kiteboarding, for the sport enthusiasts. I would recommend the spa as well. If you want to explore Hurghada, you will have to use a taxi.

Long review, but well worth reading to the end if you are unsure whether to book or not. We have just returned from 8 nights staying at the Bellagio Beach Resort and Spa. We are a family with two children (12 year old and 18 month old) . After reading some of the reviews before going we were genuinely thinking about cancelling and we were really worried about what our experience would be like! Firstly, is it 5 star? Absolutely not, but its also not 3 star like some people have stated. The hotel on first impressions is beautiful, very grand and well kept and actually most of the communal areas are like this. The problems start to arise when you leave the main communal areas. We arrived at 1am and were taken to room 2212 in the annex building, a building that is not mentioned anywhere and we did not even know existed. These rooms have no lift access so we were required to walk up 3 sets of concrete steps (with plaster peeling off the walls, stains all the way up) with an 18 month old. There was absolutely no way this was safe and I made it clear we were not staying and the porter did not seem surprised, instead he was apologetic, clearly used to this reaction. He asked if we could just use it for the night and speak to reception in the morning, and with it being after 1am we agreed. The room inside was dated, the shower didn't work properly, the air conditioning sounded like it was going to fall off the ceiling and there were birds nesting in the roof, so we did not sleep and I went to reception at 7am to ask to change rooms. This was no problem at all and we were given room 1347, in the main building, overlooking the pool and recently renovated. We did however, have to sign a waiver basically saying they had changed us rooms, we accepted the new room and they would take no responsibility for any further complaints we had...slightly alarming that they are going to those lengths. I wonder why they are actually putting anyone in the rooms over in that building when they know they are so bad! The new room we were put in was beautifully decorated, clean (although probably could have been cleaner, the floors were pretty dirty by the end of our stay so not sure how well they were cleaned) and spacious. However, there were still signs it hadn't been finished properly, for example a shower plate hanging off the wall, cracks in flooring and walls. We made the most of it though! The pool areas were generally well kept and provided lots of entertainment for adults and children, with a particular favourite being the water slides at the beach front pool. Be aware, the slides were only open from 10-12 and 2-4. The thing that let's the main pool area down the most is the hassle from people trying to get you to take trips, get a tattoo, go to the spa etc. On our first day we were approached by 5 different people in the space of 30 minutes. If you are firm, they won't come back. Also please be aware around the pool area and the shallow end is really slippy

i stayed only 2 nights there and it was amazing, i booked with full meal, food services are really delicious, big swimming pool and the hotel is huge! a lot of restaurant in the resort, and the bar also free flow for alkohol. i booked this resort because it was nice recommendation in ***********. but my room especially the bathroom was not really nice, and i have problem with the door it can't closed, so i need to ask the staff to prepare it, luckily the repair service is really fast, the staff came and fixed the door. when it came to check out, one of the staff came to me and ask me to directly review the stay in bookingcom and politely ask me for my phone and to type something on it, when it finished i saw that they put review themselves with over 8 point, for me i don't care and i don't want to fight about it so i let it go. but overall the stay was really nice!

Lovely Hotel. Great service, would defo recommend and return myself. Before travelling I was reading the reviews, they were so mixed, Some said it was excellent others not great at all. So I emailed the hotel to question if my room had been renovated yet as a lot of the previous reviews made comment about the construction Works, I was keen to make sure I avoided any issues and ensure I was in a good room. The hotel advised my room hadn’t been renovated yet but was in a lovely location but would ensure I was happy when arrived. So I went with an open mind. On arrival. The check-in desk staff were very helpful. I was able to review the swim up room I had booked and an alternative. I ended up keeping the room that I booked. The location was lovely and the outside space was perfect. the room could’ve done with a splash of paint, but it was clean and very comfortable. My room was lovely and every day the housekeeper made a different animal from the towels, which is a lovely surprise to come back to. I visited all three à la carte restaurants the dinners were amazing, you definitely have to book. my favourite was the Italian, which I went twice. I did try the buffet but to be honest it needed some variety as I felt it was very much repetitive and limited. In the mornings I would have a freshly made omelette, but once again the other options were limited. The food was nice the place was clean and the staff very friendly. So let’s talk about the cocktails, we all know alcohol abroad, can be hit and miss. But I can truly say the barmen at the Bellagio Did not fail! One evening I requested something rum based strong and sweet I couldn’t tell you what the drink was called, but it was delicious. That was then my drink for the week. One thing I would recommend that you definitely do is attend the Spa. I ended up doing three days spa package. This holiday I needed to rest and I planned to do at least one spa experience. However, once I had taken a tour of the Spa and heard the different options, it was a no brainer to have three days of relaxation. I had the Hamam and head and body massages to unwind and get the best out of this holiday. The Spa was five star service was amazing, I left feeling like a new person. Entertain team was good, very small team, but kept everybody happy. I booked a couple day trips, was great and easy to arrange. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing time at the hotel. The staff were amazing- Really friendly and helpful and could not do enough. The staff in the restaurants work so hard and are always really nice and friendly. You can really tell the hotel is trying to make everyone's holiday a great one. Honest review from a well traveled family. Pros Really clean rooms which were cleaned everyday with new sheets. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff really friendly and great service No fighting for sunbeds...always plenty Spa treatments really relaxing Good range of drinks No queuing at the bar Good range to activities during the day and some good entertainment on the whole. Water, coffee and toiletries in the room Lovely beach area and lots of really helpful lifeguards. Ideal for young children as it is very shallow. Sea Views from our room were amazing Great pool party Really nice gardens Loads of umbrellas for shade Nothing was too much trouble Amazing watching the kite surfing Areas to improve A better football/sports area...the grass was a bit worn down Sparking wine on the menu...personal preference More pizza available at lunch....the man was only cooking one at a time so lots of people missed out Too expensive to keep a room on for 4 hours....shame as we would have done it if it was cheaper Maybe a shuttle bus service to the marina would be good on a night. These are just picky points but for the price we paid for a week it was outstanding. On the whole we had a fantastic holiday and would return in a heartbeat ❤️. Thank you
